  • Whats up guys! In this video, I share with you 5 shoulder exercises you can do to improve your mobility, conditioning, and endurance for boxing!
    You can perform these exercises anytime Pre, During, or After training. I have felt the best time to do these exercises are after I'm done boxing because my shoulders are already fatigued and doing the exercises will give me the adaptations I want! THE MOST IMPORTANT EXERCISE FOR BOXING IS BOXING ITSELF. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE ONLY SUPPLEMENTARY WORK!
    Another important thing in boxing Is the ability to maintain healthy and enduring muscles. These 5 shoulder exercises are great to take your muscular endurance to the next level, give them a try!
    Equipment needed: Light/Medium Resistance Band & 1-5lb dumbells
    Exercise #1 Jab-Cross-Jab-Cross with the hand weights
    Exercise #2 Pull Apart with Resistance Bands
    Exercise #3 Lateral Isometric Raise with hand weights
    Exercise #4 Punch with Resistance Bands
