      All chill like anyone can just go outside, preferred choice when doing little workouts, start busting out 2500 sit ups in 3 consecutive days let alone, ahhh just do 2500 of this a day. Ahhahahah now talk about the mindset plays a key role in our lives and how much of the brain is so important. Love these sports and contact sports, but when you see a player or person just get cold blooded ko his brain is off and on panic mode. I have epilepsy and dropped dead many times with having seizures so that’s why I’m leaving this message so long. Just interesting. My page shows a clip of why Im not able to drive anymore and I’ve lost a lot of memory being short or long term. I was barely 22yo when I had my “first” known seizure. I was 357lbs at my accident. After 2 years I put in the mindset I’m getting out of the house and walk 2 miles around the neighborhood, 1 out then 1 back home. In 60 days I was walking 8 miles a day consistently to a sleeping pattern that made me wake up at 4am and walk the again at 7am walk 2miles. I lost 100lbs. 357lbs-255lbs. I stopped because my knee buckled during one of the walks and I held my breathe and move my leg straight again but still being so heavy my knee needs some help now.

      not really. never beat anybody great besides an old Larry Holmes. However, he did get beat by people that are not even considered great, got knocked out 4 times and got dusted by real greats like Evander and Lennox. Doesn't mean he didn't have anything to offer, he was great for what he did, but an extremely overrated great and people who revere him are usually casual fans who have never been in the ring.

    • @CodyAdams-pf9un
      @CodyAdams-pf9un 4 месяца назад +6

      You don't need both though. The average American spends 5 hours a day on their phone or watching TV. Convert those hours into productivity and efficiency will be irrelevant.
      You'd think the person training smart AND working just as hard would have a huge advantage. But the advantage just isn't there. Look at how body builders train and they all have different techniques. Ask the best musicians how they practice and their sessions look very different. Kobe worked crazy hard everyday, LeBron focused on loads management and relaxing and recovery. It's hard to say who's better. Freedman and Einstein are the two smartest people of the modern era yet their lifestyle and study sessions were very different.
      Just don't be a complete idiot by only shooting free throws everyday and expect to make it on the team. Or try to learn Calculus by reading romance novels

    500 Dips
    500 EZ Bar Shrugs
    30 Minutes of Wrestler's Neck Bridging

    That's just for Strength Endurance
    Not including Jump Rope for Agility, Box Jumps for Plyometrics, Hill Sprints for Anaerobic Conditioning, and Road Work with Construction Boots for Aerobic Conditioning.
    Not including shadow boxing, focus mitts, slip bag, speed bag, heavy bag, and sparring.

    Slept for 9 hours at night, took 2 naps a day one mid morning and one mid afternoon
    He ate strictly as fuel not for enjoyment
    When he wasn't eating, sleeping, training, he was watching tape.

      @@tylerscott2116 fighters lie all the time about their regimen because they need to disguise their steroid use. Sorry brother, this is the truth. Most of those exercises are not sport specific and none of the books on Cus D Amatos mention strength training, only mental training. Cus believed heavily in sparring everyday, simulating situations- he would've been considered a strength coach if he really made his fighters do these workouts but he didnt- and their are only 2 reasons fighters would: A) to disguise their steroid use for their shredded body or 2) to intimate their opponents and just make them seem more phyiscally strong than they are for glamour. Thats all

    • @tylerscott2116
      @tylerscott2116 11 месяцев назад +19

      @@SalKay-ur5nk there's videos of him doing these exercises man geeze louise dude. I'm not trying to convince you or get into any type of argument, but this is just what old school boxing workouts look like. They're professionals that all they do with their life is boxing. If you would take a 7 to 5 job schedule and simply frame boxing training in there then the calisthenics program is very realistic. And they don't start off with that much, they gradually progress into that from a beginner.
      1000s of reps of basic calisthenics isn't a camouflage tactic for steroid use, it's a legitimate combat conditioning tactic. Look up combat conditioning, lots of people do this, it's not mythical by any means.

    Can someone explain why some boxers do like 3000 abs daily instead of doing like 10 sets of any weighted abs exercise to failure x2 per week I think it’s more optimal because you’re using more resistance and you have more time to recover and allow your abs to become stronger explain please?

      Abs workout is not just for sex pack is make u quicker when u try to move

    • @cix9420
      @cix9420 Год назад +1

      you're acting like they don't do the abs to failure or near failure on each set of their 3000 lol, just different beasts, also 10 sets x2 per week is weird and unoptimal because abs are meant to be endurance muscles and recover fast so you need to train them atleast 5 days a week
