00:00 Recipe 1# Stop frying eggs all the time! Try the roundest eggs in the world!
Pour the 3 cups of water into the pot and boil
Prepare four small bowls
1 tbsp water in each bowl
Crack an egg into each bowl
Put the bowls into the steamer
Cover and steam for 4 minutes on medium-high heat once the water is boiled
After 4 minutes
If you want runny egg yolks you can take the egg out after steaming 4 minutes
If you don't want a runny egg yolk steam for another 4 minutes
This is an egg that was steamed for 4 minutes
The yolk is runny!
After another 4 minutes
This is an egg after steaming for 8 minutes total
The yolk is firm
If you like firm egg yolks, steam the egg for 8 minutes
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the egg (optional)
You can also have the egg with soy sauce and sesame oil

A little bit of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Milk 150ml
Water 600ml
Soy sauce (optional)
Sesame oil (optional)
Green onion (optional)

Pour 500ml cold water into the steamer
Pour 2tbsp corn into a bowl
Add 2tbsp chopped carrots
2tbsp chopped cabbage
Add tbsp chopped tomato

Chop 1 green onion
Add to the bowl
Pour 2tbsp soy sauce into the bowl
Add 1tbsp olive oil
Add 1/2tbsp apple cider vinegar
50ml water
Salt and black pepper
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of parsley
Mix well
Pour into a bowl
Crack 5 eggs in the bowl
Steam for 8-10 minutes on medium heat
Done!

10g fresh parsley
I used fresh parsley, but store bought or dried is fine
Chop the parsley
Add to the eggs
Add crushed red pepper (optional)
Mix well
3/4 cup water
Pour into a pan
Boil the water
Pour in the egg mixture
Wait until the bottom is stuck to the pan to scramble
Done!
