I saw that portal in a fangame for Geometry Dash called Geometry Dash Genesis, made by a RUclipsr named Uni Anims. It's possible the portal image originated from there.
side note: the 20x speed portal at 2:33 is also seen in Geometry Dash Genesis.

No. The creator got a copyright strike, cease and desist letter and DMCA takedown from the Lego company because it copyright infringement violation so creators rename the GD series themselves so they wouldn’t infringe copyright from Lego company.
the reason why 2.2 is taking a long time to come out is because robtop saw this wiki and decided to make all these ideas real
