INGREDIENTS:-
FOR CUTLET:-
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp zeera
1 fresh green chilli
1 medium sized Onion 🧅
1 medium sized carrot 🥕
7-8 French beans
1 small beetroot
1 medium sized capsicum 🫑
½ cup fresh peas 🫛
1 tsp salt
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 large potatoes 🥔 ( boiled and mashed)
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp amchur powder
1 cup bread crumbs
FOR COATING:-
2 tbsp corn flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ cup water approximately
bread crumbs for coating
oil for frying
GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
serve with green and imli chutney with onion salad
