I’m using Maschine mk3 now but my drums are not banging the way I want. May try out the mpc live or the force. The force keeps coming up in convo lately for some reason
Try out the MPC studio mkii first. It comes with full software and controller for less than $250 and sounds great 👍🏾
I just became an MPC X user after using Maschine for years. There is definitely a difference in sound. I have all my Maschine drum sounds on a ssd drive and whenever I use them in my MPC they sound way bigger and hit way harder.
Do you really believe making such a move will make your drums sound better or bang the way you want? Please do not underestimate the producer's experience with making music. I suggest you first replace the drum samples you are using. Low-quality samples regardless Machine or MPC will sound bad aka not banging. Also, he tells you what drum samples he is using; first, try his drum samples with the machine and see. Save your money and move to the MPC for a different reason because the MPC will not magically make your drums bang the way you want especially if you are using bad samples. All the best and keep at it.
@@DaTHorn yes I really believe the transition will make a big difference. This is the same debate that I have with other engineers and producers about the 808s in FL studio. The bass frequency and curve sounds completely different than any other platform. When I take the EXACT 808s from FL and use it in Maschine it sounds completely different almost like Maschine can't handle the low end as well as FL.
@@leogolive this is what I figured. The MPC seems to have more headroom and the output seems to be louder and fuller but some people will always argue that it's the same.
