Great to see what your doing! What's the peace on the right side of the gear leaver with the two screws sticking out either side?

Thank you very much! Plenty videos to follow. As for the components either side of the lever, without going through the Samsonas documents, I’m assuming it’s mountings for an actuator to make the gear lever paddle shift.
