@@tashr.1927 most do I would assume....but it's hit or miss the sanitary conditions like if they wear gloves or keep meat in unrefrigerated conditions in the outdoor markets and cross contamination.
I don't know why, but these videos are so relaxing to me

Some ingredients are difficult to find abroad, so it is difficult to eat them abroad, but there is always a good way.
Overseas, there are places where you cannot find rice cakes depending on the region, but if you know a few ways, you can eat whatever you want.
All of these foods are delicious, so be sure to try them all.
I'm curious about the red paste I see the vegetables rubbed into in a big bowl. What is that? And the black paste added to many items being cooked as well...I think I recognize cayenne,garlic,soy,honey,oil(lots of oil!)sesame, etc. But the red paste that I see people using in huge bowls of vegetables and mixing by hand is what I'm wondering about.

@@marybethmcknightpotts6049 its gochuchang (idk the spelling) known as chili paste, it is used for making different dishes, street food, etc.
@@marybethmcknightpotts6049 it’s gochujang. You can buy it in Asian stores or even amazon. It’s a really good pantry staple!
