This was absolutely amazing. Great interview. This business is more than a business, it's a movement. I love it. The partners ooze that passion that makes you want to be part of it. I really enjoyed this, and Marshall was exceptional with his marketing tips.
@@UpFlip Hello! How are you. First of all I want to thank you for replying back. I love, love your channel. So thank you very much. And about your question is that I was going to try making candles, because I see how just about everyone likes them, but I don’t feel like that’s my thing. I made a few, but it didn’t bring me any kind of joy, satisfaction or motivation to continue making more. I like to do crafts, like keychains, gift baskets, bookmarks, beaded pens or anything with beads. But my only problem is that I’m an introvert and get intimidated very easy and uncomfortable, especially every time I see you interviewing a person and seeing how they are very brave and successful and socialize with everyone. You see, I have always been bullied and my self esteem is very low. I’ve been listening to motivational speakers to Christian sermons so I can start changing my mindset. It’s slowly working and I feel as if God is telling me that this is my time to step out of my comfort zone, and start doing something with my life. I want to work and become independent, in my own business. I know God will guide me. I’m also tired of working where I’m at, because I’m not learning anything new, I’m tired of waking up so early and having to drive almost 30 miles to work. Don’t get me wrong, my bosses are the sweetest and most respectful people to me, but there is something in me that is telling me to start acting towards my dream. Do you have any suggestion or guide me in the right direction? Thanks in advance. Keep up with those amazing videos. You have a faithful follower.
Really good video, very insightful. I love the community aspect of the business, I guess it will be slow to start but powerful when it is up and running. Thanks for sharing
From India 🇮🇳 Next level content Upflip🔥 I only have 1 Question, in Upflip starting period How did you find business owners and convince them to be featured on the podcast because most people don't want to talk too much about their successful businesses? Waiting for your reply 💛
Actually, these days businesses do a lot of collaborating with other businesses that have their own followings, by then coming on this RUclips channel they are going to get more business and they didn't have to pay and they didn't have to even cover the cost of recording and editing. What you're thinking of is different where there are businesses that depend on secrecy to retain a competitive edge, a lot of businesses have abandoned that philosophy and are finding being more transparent is simply performing better than concealing all their practices.
All business owners will give their elevator speech to anyone who will listen. Most are also eager to tell their story (and much of it is a story and not reality) since it is free marketing.
I have my own brick and mortar store. We opened the second location. I want to get and expand into online and start branding it. The issue is that I don't know where I can get manufacturing done. I have seen products in china, but i dont know if this is the right way. I wish I had a mentor to help me expand into online.

The math doesn’t make sense at all How can they have 22 mil biz with roughly 1.8 mil orders per year , even at order value as low as $15 dollars that already makes the business 27 mil Something is not right with the info you are giving us Probably something is massively underreported Also what 3PL would say goodbye to a client for having too many orders 🤔
It's important to remember that all businesses don't have stable numbers. Additionally, a smaller 3PL provider may not have the capacity to support a fast-growing business effectively. And kudos for them for being honest about that.

That's why market research if very important.
Did they reveal their profits not just revenue, and how they do quality control with so many products?
