I own this headset for 2 months now and here is my opinion : -Sound is amazing, better than other models i had to compare with like Logitech (G pro X) and Corsair models (hs80 and Virtuoso SE), far ahead imo thank to Sennheiser expertise. -Comfort is amazing (the earcup material is amazing, not too hot or too cold) and very light, you can wear it for hours. - Software not compatible with w11, and therefore it does not recognise my headset.. so unable to use 7.1 and presets and until now EPOS didn't update their software which is a real shame. - Battery charging issue. Since few days, my headset refuses to be charged, tried different cable, different USB port..nothing. I am returning it and requesting a replacement as i believe no other wireless headset provide this quality of sound (7.1) and comfort with a flip flop microphone/easy-to-mute mic.

I’m guessing the video doesn’t do a great job of representing the popping it creates. There’s a very subtle crack and pop that happens when I use the mic. I did a follow up video to my review to explain in a little more detail.
How is the gaming with Bluetooth only? I know there is a pro version of the headset which allows wireless connection but I wonder how is the gaming only using bluetooth 5.2 .

Also, upon charging and not in use, it will automatically turn on and connect which is also annoying as it will literally always be on. As i cant return them as headsets have a no return policy unless the box is unopened, im hoping to buy a new pair after i save up and throw this trash in the bin. Don't waste your money on these.
My issues with this, imo, too expensive headset. • When battery dead, no way it’s going to turn on or give any sign of life. Unless you have charged it for unknown amount of time. • There is only windows support for gaming suite, while MacOS or IOS is ‘forgotten’ for this model. • mic quality is terrible, but that’s the concern of people listening to me. Haha
Major issues for me When connected to PC via Blueooth, you have to set your sound output as Handsfree AG to use the microphone. The sound output is so awful and looks like it's coming from an old radio unit. You can select Stereo as your output which sounds good but you can't use the microphone when doing so. Popping sound is pronounced especially when dual connected. H3 Hybrid is connected via USB-C and Bluetooth on my mobile phone. Popping sound is definitely there when a sound is coming from my mobile phone. Really regret buying this.
It’s definitely idiotic and annoying that you need to have it turned on even with a cable, doesn’t make sense. I will say though, if you only have say 10-20% battery left and use with cable it takes ages for the battery to go flat, so guess it’s still beneficial using the cable when battery is low…
would you say the audio quality is as good as the H3Pro hybrid, other than the issues you mentioned here is the headset worth getting if i can pick it up for £100 ? (50%) off@@StreamGearTalk my current headset is the senheisser game zero wired and want a similar quality headset in wireless, i will be using mine purely on wireless via the dongle and will charge it daily so the fact it requires power to use isnt a problem for me and i have a desk mic too so that is not a problem for me.

I actually (sadly) own a pair of roccat wireless headphones (Elo air) and they are terrible. The sound keeps cutting in and out.

I’ve used this for gaming via Bluetooth on my switch(BotW)and gaming laptop(Witcher 3). I didn’t notice any lag. Sounded great.

You do have to realise that a small bluetooth microphone will NEVER be the same quality as wired. That's simply not physically possible.
