2:21 The fact that the vote UI didnt overlap each other or cut the other vote off leads me to think that this was the intended way to use the vote UI. I did always wonder why the "vote in progress" text looked sloppy, maybe it was a band aid fix instead of taking the double UI programming out.
Remember that theres other voting systems too, like Halloween or team scrambling. So the UI not overlapping is probably due to the fact that there can be a votekick and a matchvote both at once.

Nope, his knife is coming out and he's turning before getting to the corner and seeing the other sniper. Go back to 3:10 and look how Voro comes out of that same door, rifle up ready to scope in. If a sniper walks into that situation without wallhacks, they would need to see the fight BEFORE switching to Meele and turning toward the action.
The double vote thing was one of the fixes of Save TF2 i think. Every team can now vote 1 player, but they dont share cooldowns or anything. It was made for getting rid of bots faster.
