Every time I watch this movie I fall in love with James Spader all over again.
Fun seeing his character so uncertain and out-of-place here and watching through the series as he becomes a competent member of the team in ll aspects.
Me too, but since i saw Micheal Shanks in the sitcom, iv'e started to crush also.. He's so lovely.... But James is and becomes delicious time after time..!!!!!!
I've been in love with James Spader since I was 12 and I'm now 58yo. He was fantastic in this role. Great actor.☺️❤️

I love how the music of the movie stayed with the series. The continuity always awed me.
Absolutely enjoyed the compilation! However, I couldn't help but notice that one of my all-time favorite scenes was missing. It's the moment when Daniel finds himself alone, deep in thought, meticulously deciphering the enigmatic symbols on the Stargate. As he listens to his cassette tape, there's a palpable sense of determination mixed with a touch of humor when he concludes with a sigh, 'I'm never gonna get paid.' But then, his perseverance pays off as he unravels the connection-the Orion star constellation! That 'eureka' instant is a gem that truly showcases Daniel's intellectual prowess and dedication. It's such a standout scene that adds depth to his character. Kudos to James Spader for bringing this memorable moment to life!

One of my favorite characters. And I love both James Spader (James was so beautiful back then... not that he isn't now, but he was gorgeous!) and Michael Shanks. Love this movie. Have seen it several times when it was on the Pluto channel. I'm actually binge watching the series (again). I'm obsessed with the movie and the series.
Love this!! Daniel Jackson is one of my all time favourite fictional characters. Both in the movie and SG-1, he’s so intelligent and an all round lovely guy.

i’m a Stargate and SG-1, SGAtlantis fan ( i’m 66) - never grew up.
The only film I went back to the cinema for twice see, the second time was in a tremendous downpour, but still I wanted to see it again.

Back when I was 17 years old, I suffered a traumatic brain injury from a car accident and when I began coming out of my coma when the docs asked me basic psych questions like: what's my name, what year was it, where was I... apparently for an hour or two I only responded saying, 'Stargate, Stargate this and Stargate that...'
I've loved this move but Close Encounter Of the Third Kind was my most favourable move.
Brains are weird and mysterious.

There are things we still need to explain about mysteries of the Holy Creation... it's not a material human the one to .. travel in another time line...but the human soul😮😮😮we do not live a single season if we have memories of previous life such as this kind of "deja-vu" of feeling so familiar in a foreign location of like...I was been there before...a whole universe to be explored...you think about how many more young ones under 30 might enjoy to see these TV shows like brand new😮😮😮

I loved this movie and James Spader in it. My biggest disappointment with this saga, was that evidently it didn't work out well for Daniel and Shauri.
