The way the blunderbuss worked in the game was that you could loot zombies and get arms and legs that you would then put into the blunderbuss and anything you hit with it would explode into blood. Surely that's how an actual blunderbuss works.
this was definitely fun. I think probably the core of Chase's issue with Red Dead is that Westerns are usually tragedies because the genre is about "A bygone age that was long lost and cheated, where good men died and were bought out by businessmen and warmongers" which is usually not exactly *fun*. you can probably fit some fun side quests in there, but in the end it's a story about death. And that's not really for everyone. It's like the inverse of Kingdom Hearts which is wacky with side quests of sad that's in the end a story about Life.
Chase ABSOLUTELY LOSING IT about the "side mission does a genocide" made me laugh so hard folks on my way back home via metro are looking at me weirdly
I wish more games did Undead Nightmare style dlc, imagine assassin's creed with a giant mass of the undead beneath the rooftops, or GTA turning LA into Raccoon City. It might make the new games actually good.
I was very ill yesterday, and listening to this today was like a breath of fresh air, which is ironic considering the subject matter. I'll also say that this has made me laugh hard enough to hurt my still-aching ribs, which is high praise. This channel is brilliant, love it! Childhood memories of going over to my mate's place and we played RDR UN until the sun came up. I remember standing up on the roof of a house in an area that had been overrun by zombies. I remember thinking it was so cool that the game let you stay in a safe spot and pick them off from a distance with the volcano rifle, which you receive quite early in the UN campaign, if memory serves me. Thanks for the trip down memory lane, gents.
I'm glad to see a new upload it's glad to come out with this one and glad to see everyone happy and ready to fry some brains and take your times to make it as good as it can possibly can. You guys are amazing.
I just ended UN today and i would like to share this. Many people thinks that this story is just a John's dream because what he hears from Jack telling him the book story. I think it is actually a dream that John haves that night, but also it is some kind of purgatory in his mind. John, now reunited with his family, began to dreaming with all those faces of people he meet and killed once (npcs) because he feels guilty and wants to chance. The repentance and jack's story, comes together to create the undead nightmare. This could be mostly because what the mexican goddes says to John when they are in Reyes' tunels. The goddes keeps talking behind John like if she wants to motivate him, saying stuff about fight fears, the mind, the present, the future and more

Im bald with a beard dark brown beard, Neil is ginger with a beard, and Chase is clean shaven with long hair - that’d be the only hints I’d give if you want to distinguish us!
while i dont love the idea of ww1 jack game i dont think itd be bad or is inherently a terrible idea. id play it but i do think a dutch game would be just as meh as a ww1 jack game, i want either a sadie game or a ricketts game. hell jack could cameo in the sadie game and go off to war as a nod to the fans of the idea and dutch could appear in ricketts's past as a young man. if you need to go even further back a ricketts game feels perfect or better yet. fuck it. seth game thats a parody of the gollum game
