The blinking lights in the cop car are to alert you to pull over…even for a traffic violation. You don’t have to have a law degree to know that. That is kindergarten level stuff.
I'm white and my brother is married to a black woman and I have 2 little twin biracial nieces. I love them so much 💖 I can't stand racial profiling and a very good friend of ours is black too. Not too long ago my brother was with our good friend and my nephew who is also biracial. The cops pulled him over and put all 3 of them in cuffs. My Nephew is 17. They fed them all kinds of excuses and ended up taking my brother to jail on a fake warrant only to find out that he had no warrant so they let him go. If it's this bad now, i can't imagine how bad it's going to be for my nieces and nephews.
Sad thing is a lot of these officers will investigate themselves and find no wrong doing surprisingly

Sorry buddy, but “jogging” at midnight is highly suspicious behavior, because it looks exactly like running from the scene of a crime. If it were in broad daylight, it could be reasonable to assume he was jogging, but not at midnight.
Well, your screen name is certainly fitting. In places like Phoenix, almost everyone jogs at night when it's hot. Or, and this is really crazy, HE DOESN'T LIVE BY YOUR SCHEDULE. Just because your bedtime is 8:30 doesn't mean that third shift workers don't exist. Use your brain.

It is absolutely a regular and common occurrence for people in Phoenix to exercise after dark, at whatever hour suits them. Just like roadworkers working at night, just like roofers and landscapers starting at 4 am. But what do I know with only 20 years there living the third shift life.
