Kaiserreich is actually well written lore based on very real historical events so it makes sense, France and UK would have blown into Socialist revolutions had they lost the war and Italy was pretty darn fragile as well.
Though not sure about the Soviet Empire thing, Communism =//= Monarchism
@@SMGJohn The Mladorossi was a very real communist party in the Soviet Union advocating for the restoration of the monarchy while still maintaining the soviet bureaucracy and systems. So its not completely out of the blue, unlikely but possible

iSorrow, there actually *is* a mod to tell the AI to bugger off. It's called Border Avoidance Tool. A bit unwieldy to use at first, but once you get the hang of it it makes supply issues from allied divisions a thing of the past.
I also use Allied Construction Project, so you can actually land a D-Day by helping repair infrastructure and whatnot.
