So we once ordered a branded sweatshirt bale and unfortunately, it was very bad. We recorded the items received and sent them the videos via Instagram. They got back to us immediately, sent a person to collect the parcel free of charge and booked us in for a video handpick. They were quite helpful when dealing with the matter.
I bought the USA and branded Hoodies bale and it was terrible I mean not one piece was sellable at all so I emailed them photos 15 plus that had stains rips terrible quality and they told me to was and launder them basically fobbed me off so I showed up to the warehouse and demanded they do something about it and only then they said I could have a credit note to come do a hand pick
@@charlieskelton6636 Damn. I had another wholesaler who said a similar thing to me. She was like the stains should come off with a wash (It didn't). However, the others sold and made me a bit of profit. Sometimes you'd have to put in a lot of work. Glad that you went and resolved the issue. I hope the Handpick goes well.
We look to do wholesale in the future. Right now we are doing kilo sales in London only. However, you can contact the wholesalers directly. Please only do a virtual handpick so that you are happy with your products. Bulk vintage and Syed vintage does that right now. Thanks
They do have NFL jackets for sure. Not entirely sure if they have all teams as other people also buy a lot from them. Quality varies between A and B so you cannot always guarantee good as new. Thanks
