Although using it hair continue thinning. At certain time it seems excessive shedding when I change minoxidil brand or like that. Too much thinning. I afraid of Finastride. It is not a steroid in common parlance. You can continue to take it but take gaps of 2 weeks every 3 months. Did you get a consultation with me before starting or you started on your own?

The dosage that is given for hair loss 1.5 - 2.5 mg is too low to cause these. However get yourself evaluated by an MD physician to rule out pre existing disorder.

Hello Sir, I have diffuse alopecia. I'm using 5% minoxidil and 0.1% finasteride from the past 6 months and i have been taking finasteride1 mg inconsistently (I've taken around 20 tablets so far). A week before, I started to shed and after 3 days it stopped, and again after 3 days or so my hair has started to shed😢. I'm shedding a lot of hair in the wash room and it doesn't stop. Please reply sir, i don't know what to do.
See your doctor again He has seen your condition and will know better. However you should stay strong. This is a clue that the drug is working well as intended.

I have not done FUT since 2012. All patients can be managed by FUE and BHT.

Shedding is part of the hair cycle and is normal if not excessive.
Does normal androgenic alopecia people also needs to take medicine after hair transplant to maintain the results or its only gor DPA people?
Only those with active baldness gene need to after 6 months of procedure for male pattern baldness..

Yes no one should. Beard is not for the hairline and crown too. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
