Why Balen Shah is So Popular ??? because his works speaks louder than his words.....and i don't see any other dedicated and disciplined leader like Balen sir in Nepal.
Thats a very simplistic way to view it. Sure, he could be a dictator if he genuinely wants to, because of populism and frustrations of general populace. But people are willing to give away certain level of freedom so that they can get rid of older generation of leadership. When people dont have enough to even go by, they are not gonna put their freedom above their livelihood. Look at china. While it can be said that xi is basically a dictator, look at how much people have been pulled out of poverty, and now, they are colliding head on with usa. So, i think nepali people are willing to take a chance on a leader who are gonna fight for them even though they have to go against the generally accepted way
@@Lens_lores so simplistic of you to think balen can be the best alternative to all these political madness..in my view he is just a opportunistic leader..who wants all the power..I have watching closely all his political moves..from his appearance(his glasses and all)..to the way he handles..uses social media..his statements.. working style...he seems to be playing with mass psychology..pure manipulation..you should just check out the statement he gave on Hitler.. that shows how political immature he is..his statements on managing Kathmandu street vendors and later how he actually try to do it..I am not saying he is evil but I think people like balen will just make the system expensive and openly promote fascism when they come in power..like I mean to say not just being mayor..btw what is actually the political ideology of balen? What does he believe in?
