You can only withdraw parts of your balance as you go. The last chance to request a withdrawal will be on the 31st of July. After that any balance left in the app should be burned and we'll see what Eagle Network has planned next.

Hopefully you stored the mnemonic phrase, in that case just uninstall the wallet, install it again, and then restore it with your mnemonic phrase. That should do the trick.

Maybe scroll back a bit and read older news as well. Withdrawals were active since October last year, there have been a bunch of news since then.

It's a known bug at the moment. You have to wait until the team fixes the issue.
