A Trip to Bushcamp in the Fall

- Fall is an amazing time to be off-grid up in the bush. I really enjoyed going back to my cabin and spending some time living like how I used to live every day up there. I didn't realize how much I missed the lifestyle until I was up there living it again. Its hard to beat the peacefulness of being out in the wilderness living amongst nature.

I have the pleasure of sharing my passions for the wilderness, building, fixing and all other things interesting with my great group of RUclips friends.
I have lived offgrid in the bush for over 3 years, but now I am moving to the next chapter in my life and am building a big log home as my next place to live. It is going to be an incredible journey building my own home. I am using logs I harvested myself and plan to do most of the work by myself. This project will be the main focus of my channel, with many other adventures along the way im sure!

When you first started at 17 yrs old or whatever age you were, i was amazed that such a young man can have as much knowledge and drive as you did. Most 17 year old can't change a tire let alone doing the truck repairs, and building skills as you do. Hell, most kids would be too scared to stay the night in the woods let alone move out there.
You have turned into a fine young man, and certainly your family is proud of you..

Great to see you again. I've watched since beginning. You have really got life priorities on track. I'm looking forward to new cabin. My family came to America in 1843 and farmed like you live. I spent first 20 years of my life working 12 hr days 7 days a week since age 8. It prepared me for life. I'm 76 now and see the wisdom of your pioneer life. Never stop.

There's something nostalgic about those Knorr sidekicks for me. Grew up with them and could still make one as an entree instead of mac and cheese (Kraft dinner).

You have lots of work on the go, but things are moving forward well. Stay with it my friend, and you will have the house in great shape and the Dodge up and road ready! It will be a weapon! Certainly understand that you are busy. Timber cruising is very time consuming then you have to cut haul etc etc. I'm along for the ride Lad I appreciate the content you are able to supply.
