Favourite Knizia game has to be High Society purely because of the theme. Art Robbery seems like fun, also a theme that draws my attention. Small box games that are quick to learn are always great for drawing people into the board game hobby so I like to keep a few in my collection to show people that they could potentially enjoy the hobby. Some favourites: Amun-Re, Babylonia, Carcassonne The Castle (skip using the bonus tiles) and Through the Desert.

The rules are not clear if you can steal the boss card. They don’t use the term steal they say you can take from the middle. Any thoughts ?
