      I think going for wr back to back is overkill when we have so much need in oline, but yeah I hope we bring Ricky to bmore

    • @segagenesis7708
      @segagenesis7708 7 месяцев назад +4

      @@mehdik9484 I hear you. Here is my reasoning. Throughout our history, we have a bad habit of not taking the WR in the WR draft, and then waiting until the cupboard is nearly bare, to take one in the 1st or 2nd round of a draft where it doesn't make sense. From not trading up for Dez in 10' when Belichick offered us the chance to, which then led to Torrey in the 2nd Round of 11'. From not taking a WR high in 2014, to forcing the Perriman pick in 2015. From not taking a WR in 2020 (Because we picked wrong the year prior), to forcing the Bateman pick in 21. This is the 'WR' draft. We need to get fat and happy at the position now. But, by the same token, there are OTs to be had in round 2. Personally, if Fuaga doesn't fall in the first, I want to trade down. And of the 2nd round OTs, I like Amedagjie and Samataia, in that order. If we can trade back and get a third, then that would give us two seconds, two thirds and we could use Day Three picks to maneuver and take a OT and both WRs. Especially, if one of them slides to round 3. So I know I rambled a lot, lol, and a lot would have to go our way. But we could put ourselves in position, if need be, to make three picks in the second, get our OT, Legette and Pearsall.

    • @kallou.
      @kallou. 7 месяцев назад +4

      Bro we have 2 starting O lineman what r u yapping about 2 WRs lmao, we need a tackle at 30. I get it’s a deep WR class but odds are in the 7v7 flag era we gonna see 5 good receivers per class now. This is a generational line class we haven’t seen in 10 years prospect wise

    • @segagenesis7708
      @segagenesis7708 7 месяцев назад

      @@kallou. This draft isn't as deep at Guard as it is OT. You get the guys when the draft dictates you get them. Going super crazy over need is how you end up forcing picks at WR in years where it doesn't make sense, based on the prospects coming out.

    • @kallou.
      @kallou. 7 месяцев назад +2

      @@segagenesis7708 I’m not even going to bother to continue to argue this because there is a sub 0% chance the ravens pick 2 wrs before the third round. But how can u say dont go crazy for a need but want 2 wrs… both classes are generational make it make sense

    As a Vikings fan, watching Adam Thielen throughout his career, Ricky shares so many similarity's with him, like great ball tracking, catches you wouldn't think they had the athleticism for, and fantastic at route running finding the gaps in zone, and staying active when the play for the qb breaks down and scrambles..

    The draft is mad deep at wr! To the point that the second round will be jammed with first rd talent! Even the 3rd will have gems!

    If the Panthers can't draft Mad Ladd, we need to draft him. Someone who can make plays and get open

      You have Diontae lol you must don’t know much about him. Smh.

    • @Ryankam91
      @Ryankam91 7 месяцев назад

      @stephonmorris132 that he has a tendency to drop balls? He may be able to get open, but there is also the fact that the furthest pass from bryce is 40 yards in the NFL. But we need guys who can separate without having to go 70 yards out. Ladd and ricky can push to the edge or the inside it doesn't hurt to get someone since thielen is retiring probably after this year

    • @RealYRM
      @RealYRM 7 месяцев назад

      I could see Troy Franklin being a nice fit in Carolina... someone to take the top off while Dionte works the zone. When B Young was in college he had Jameson Williams doing the Troy Franklin thing for him. R Pearsall would certainly be another good fit. They need to move J Mingo to the slot, let him work as a big slot.

    • @Ryankam91
      @Ryankam91 7 месяцев назад

      @RealYRM troy Franklin is a bit overhyped and honestly had matchups in his favor, nothing really sticks out about him.

    A faster, smoother Brandon Stokely meets Edelnut 2.0. Primarily an inside player that will beat zone coverage like a boss and will be a big play guy at the next level for the right team. He could be the QBs best friend. I bet Dallas wants him

    This rookie Slick Ricky, Deebo, Aiyuk, Kittle and motherf*cking CMC..... If the O line is even moderately sorted out to be better pass blocking on that right side..... Lord jeebus in heaven it's gonna be a rough day at the office for defenses. Seems like this kid will fit the WR room mentality too. Hell yeah!

    Best complement from Steve is that he improved each year while playing for 3 QBs, and the last QB was the worst. Really good WRs make average QBs look better.

    Need the Panthers to take him at 33 if Barton or JPJ aren’t there
    Otherwise, pray he falls to 39 so we can scoop him up. Pearsall is a DAWG

    • @beannhead
      @beannhead 7 месяцев назад

      Depends who falls at 33. If a BPA like JerZhan Newton or Troy Fautanu (cuz I still don’t believe in Ickey) falls then it’d be hard to pass on that. Other than that, Ricky would be a great pick at that area.
