If I was Mike Brady, and already had 3 kids and a paid housekeeper...I wouldn't have married a woman with three MORE kids and no job besides "homemaker". Why not just throw Alice an extra 50 bucks a week (a lot of money back then) and had her "take care" of my needs. She was thirst AF anyway and Sam the Butcher wasn't delivering the meat! It would have been a LOT cheaper.
