so i just finished re-watching seasons 1 and 2, but i did it in reverse order, and i've concluded that Nic Pizzolato made only a pair of serious errors. first, nobody knew that Rusty and Martin's story would end after season one, so they were shocked when Bezzarides, Velcoro and Woodrugh became the focus of the second season. people had invested so much in the Louisiana tale - and were so fascinated by the black hole Rusty saw when he chased Erroll Childress into Carcosa - that they just gravitated towards that tale, as though it were the only one Pizzolato could tell. second, the series two story required at least one (and probably two) more episodes to be properly unpacked. watch the finale ("Omega Station"). as exceptional as it is, there's quite a bit that simply tumbles out, exposition-style, in that episode. but i don't blame Pizzolato. i am convinced that season 2 was like a Russian novel ("Crime and Punishment"?) - so sprawling, so detailed, so beautifully considered, and outlined, that much of the audience simply wasn't prepared to do the work required to unearth the extraordinary results. no surprise people felt confused. their loss, though. the truth is, if you watch season 2, really study it, and then watch season 1, you'll actually be a bit disappointed in the tale of the Yellow King. it seems... well, just a little too simple - when you see all that follows.
Thanks for this comment. Was absolutely enthralled (like many) with Season 1, but hadn't watched a moment of Season 2 or 3 until tonight. I will say, though, Season 2 does initially seem a bit more Shakespearian than Russian novel, especially with Velcoro's death...but that probably just means I'm an understudied plebian like the rest ;)
@Jack Bones I've watched season 1 and 3 and I'm currently watching 2. Whilst it's got some unintentionally funny dialogue here and there I genuinley can't believe the amount of hate it got. It's awesome.
GREAT VIDEOS AND EDITING , Grzegorz ... !! :) I have a question . . is Ohanzee "Hanzee" Dent only in season 2 of FARGO ? or also in season 1 or 3 ? I just want to watch the full story related to him , not the whole series . .
I don't care what people say this season was awesome.
Great video. I love Season 2 as much as Season 1.
Same here
Amazing and heartbreaking tribute...good job.
the composition and arrangement is incredible good. what a song. it is so cool how the bass freezes on the c.
Thanks True Detective 2 for introducing me to Lera Lynn✌️
What a fantastic video! Extremely well made; it would have made an awesome trailer for Season 2. Well done.
must be a official trailer, great work!
my favorite scene: "Don't you fuckin' shoot me, Ray"
Εξαιρετικοί οι δύο πρώτοι κύκλοι της σειράς ❤

Great series
Season 2 ❤
I honestly liked season 2 way more than than the first season
Yes! It was so much better that mundane critics clapped all over it because celebrating it would indict our entire society for a range of crimes.

marzy mi się powrót rusta w 3 sezonie!! 2 sezon był b dobry mimo tego hejtu, wiadomo 1 sezon zawiesił poprzeczkę mega mega wysoko...
