1. Plan towards it
2. Be frugal and minimal on spending (don't buywhy you don't need )
3. Save money towards retirement (Roth IRA/401k)
4. Build an emergency fund
5. Save to inve st, this is the most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to fina ncial success.

Spray foam insulation for the walls and roof to reduce the echo and make it cooler to work in.
Plenty of lighting and power points. Work out how many you think you need and double it.
Separate small noise insulated shed for the air compressor to reduce noise in the work area (doesn't interrupt filming).
Hard line air supply with points around the walls and on the hoists.
Dedicated battery charging area for both cordless tools and camera batteries.
If you wanted to go all out you could install solar on the roof to run both the lights and air conditioning for the really hot/humid days.
Yeah I agree with Michael, you can also plaster/gyprock your walls with a layer of insulation in between will stop heat coming through. Keep the concrete floor as they release heat very well. Also run plastic sheets (instead of the metal sheets) on the eastern side to get the sun in the morning and block out the sun in the arvo

Well done, soundproof both parts of the shed, make the entire roof of the sealed shed the mezzanine area with your engine area one part of that. Spray booth sealed off outside. Half of the outside a parts area. Fill the shed roof with solar n put some battery storage there to be off grid

For ya shed walls mate fill in the sections with filler foam and use weather treated ply wood. Might cost you a bit but at least in the sections you you reach have it plywood and the rest chiprock or weather board. There are companies that can come and sound dead and weather deal ya shed for you.
The plywood has some strength to it. You can then mount pretty much anything to the walls like power points, tool hangers and if it's thick enough even storage racks etc. Handy as and worth it.

Spray foam I've seen it in shops for insulation and noise quietening Cheap cheap way of doing it Plus got the insulation fact 👌 for the shed tin spray straight on it walls roof inside

White laminate water proof pineboard . Insulate the walls . That's what I have in my shed .warm cool . And you can just wipe it down . No painting

For the walls in the shed I'd put 50 x 50mm galv. mesh onto the walls so you can hang things with wire hooks. P.S congrats on buying the block & house, nothing like owning your own place.

Perforated corro walls and ceiling in the shed mate. Cheap, easy install and loads of colours. Helps with acoustics and looks rad

Great spot to start mate. Make sure you insulate well and think of ways to get air moving through the shed. You might have to get some tar or concrete down soon as you'll be cleaning more than building. Looking forward to seeing what comes outta the sheds in the future

For any shed you do ,go and see R&F STEEL Building Kingaroy great quality shed all welded frame and we travel for work. to line your shed I’d go either corrugated tin or vj and wall batts or foil bord for insulation another great quality product

The best advice I can give for that shop space is to insulate the walls...whatever your budget can afford, whether it's spray foam, blown in, or fiberglass batting...it'll help keep the heat out during the summer and the heat in during the winter...I'd love to be able to afford a place like that someday, but I highly doubt I'll ever have the money for it...

this place is gonna be sick !! hard to make it look good but sheet the walls with ply, if you ever want to hang anything or literally put anything on the walls just need some screws. or if you need to support shelves / benches, brackets and screws and she's solid

Might be an idea to have a track around the edge of your land and build in features so you can play with your 4x4s. Dig the pond out so you have some where to swim and if it's large enough you can put a canoe in the water.
Cool deck is a stratco product and it would be great on the roof with down lights and fans

You can get some black glass wool bonded to perf ply or something like that might help fix your NRC values and reverb timings. It’s not non-combustible because of the glue though so watch that if bushfire prone.
If u want to line the shed use chipboard. It makes hanging these like shelves and other stuff really easy and it wont show wear and tear like chiprock will.
Def Need to insulate the roof to help with heat otherwise when it rains it will be deafening inside. Also few whirlybirds will help with heat and airflow. Hit me up when you’re ready to do it.

White vj is definitely the go, easy to work with and you can screw stuff straight to it
Yellow tongue for the walls, on end, insulation too and run your power cables behind it.
For one of the walls you should have a huge BNB logo air brushed on and get a load of fans signatures around the logo. Then do what whistlin diesel has done and have part of a wall for fan mail and pictures made by the fans. Hope that makes sense. Place looks amazing!
Get a transfer case hand brake for the 80 off boosted built garage. Electric motor on the caliper👌🏼
