Tasanoki Ranoko that makes sense, considering we get our weapons from monsters, and some of the weapons are infact invented by monsters and descriptions themselves state that they are not very well made (the monster weapons at least) it also states that a lynel bow's string is so hard, you would have to be incredibly powerful to even pull it. Which link does, and he pulls it the same way he does any other bow. Besides considering we got these from monsters, its likely they have already been used a lot which is why they break faster, the models for the weapons and even the textures of each weapon suggests that the weapons have seen their fair share of usage, as the model and texture visibly shows scratches and damages and imperfections to the weapon.

Let's not forget that Link actually parried a Guardian Beam with a Pot Lid. It's Canon: "I'm a Champion now. Feels good. I hadn't talked with Link in a while, so seeing him at the inauguration ceremony was nice. It was a good day. Oh, word has it Link has been chosen as Zelda's appointed knight. I can't think of a better brother for the job. I hear one of those ancient machine things went nuts during some test and shot out deadly beams! *With true Goron spirit, Link grabbed a pot lid from the ground and deflected the blast.* He nailed the thing in its weak spot and saved the day. His bravery caught the king's eye, and not long after that, he was appointed to guard Zelda! I'd expect nothin' less from the little guy!" ~ _Daruk's Training Journal_
It seems that aside from their magical and psychic abilities, the Hylians also possess a degree of superhuman strength as Link in The Adventures of Link, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, and Breath of the Wild have shown. This seems to however, be limited to physically fit Hylians who have matured to some degree.
Even than its still freaking insane since guardians beams are literallyBeams of pure light (lasers) so it kinds of travel at the speed of light which kinds of makes sense since younger link`s in other incarnations have doged, parried or/and blocked lasers.
@@blueberryindigo3087 It can't be light speed-because then you wouldn't be able to parry it on reaction... unless everyone in Hyrule moves really fast, but that means every enemy in the game is absurdly powerful as well... which means Link is even more impressive.
@Da-Ron Davis yah but you all have to remember that hylians have a power call The force (its canon in the hyrule hystoria book) thats what allows link to use magical items like running so fast he can run on water or other magics that allows them to control the concepts of reality (conceptual, paradox, acousality, probability etc) and no its not everyone who can only specific individuals can do what link do (ganon all the main bad guys grom the other diffrent games and the sages plus champions) since they all represent the peak of their species also link is the only one who has been worthy to weild the full triforce. the triforce created by the 3 golden goddesses who is stated by Nintendo them self the simple fact that they existed they created the zelda multiverse (since each timelines are different universes) and the triforce only contains a fraction a really small fraction of their power the triforce the most powerfull item in the zelda that can rewrite the world anyways the user wants it to be. the second would be the master sword since SS link forge the goddess sword into the master sword by using each part of the triforce as a fail safe incase something goes wrong (ALTTP) and the master sword is canonacaly able to stop anykind of magical attacks and thats in base form (golden master is a way more powerfull version) if it wasnt for gameplay mechanics link would be fighting like heroic spirits from the Nasuverse(fate series) or like sasuke and naruto with how actually destructive his items is also acient arrows erase people from existence soul mind and body plus some links are know to shoot arrows from thousands of kilometers away thanks to light arrows and their own skills. Ps link has such a mastery over time he was shown to be able to travel a 100 years in the past and back again in the present and anywhere in between (oracale of ages) link is ridiculously OP its not even funny.
Link was seemingly just born with that gene where you never stop growing muscles but Hylians are apparently unable to ever look like anything other than twinks so that's why we don't see it.
but it's not even that, he is using the enemy's force against them. as that pretty much what a parry is, it's redirecting energy, not blocking it. they are two completely different things. when you block, your shield and your body is absorbing the impact.
demonpride1975 and Link can block the charge with barely even a flinch. The amount of force he’s blocking is still ridiculous. If he could turn this kind of strength into striking power, he would cut through Hyrule Castle like it was made out of butter. Zeltik’s Strongest Link video would be made irrelevant at that point, since BOTW Link could cut through several feet of stone with zero effort. He’d be stronger than Ganondorf at that point.
How about the fact that he can carry 999 pieces of meat thats probably like 30cm thick, or how about the gourmet meat which is probably 2 times as heavy as the prime
I burst out laughing when I saw that scene, almost spit out my water. I kept rewatching the scene multiple times and showed my brothers. I still cant believe what I saw.
Lol it’d probably be like the one time they showed kenpachi from bleach actually use kendo and he one shot a fool he’d appeared to be struggling with although he was dicking around until he noted he might possibly die.
Link can walk normally even while wearing heavy guardian armor, having a giant lynel crusher, having a massive bow and large shield on your back. Link isnt just strong but durable able to recover all of his energy in mere seconds and sprint again and he never tires for long periods
He can also run forever with whistle running, I wouldn't count it though because it's more of a glitch/exploit but then again it's been in the game for basically the beginning and Nintendo never bothered to fix it so maybe it is canon idk
Funny you say that this is just a gameplay thing because there is actual evidence to suggest Link's parries are canon. In the Daruk's Journal ( in the champion ballad DLC) we learn that link was appointed as Zelda's Knight because when he was a child a guardian was activated and accidentally fired off a blast. Link, as a child mind you, jumping into action grabbing a pot lid and parried the Titan's blast evading a huge tragedy. So not only is Link's colossal durability speed and strength canon, and in fact an essential part of the lore, but it is also something he possessed since childhood.
He also fought long and hard enough outside Fort Hateno that the Master Sword started to get worn down and nearly break. Even before Zelda saved the day there was alot of destroyed Guardians littering the ground around them, all, presuambly, destroyed by Link. Breath of the Wild Link is monster in combat going by the glimpses of the past.
@@TheTriforceDragon it makes sense the only other link I know of that was actually officially trained by a professional instead of the local guy with a sword was skyward sword link and even than it was a very peaceful place witch means links generally have a natural talent for swords that allows barely trained links win against experienced foes so a link who was trained from childhood by some of the best in a kingdom that was eventually PREPARING FOR WAR not to mention whatever else he was trained in from the other races if not the STRONGEST link than this is certainly the most SKILLED link
@@sebastianramsey5019 This Link was a Knight, came from a line of Knights, his father a Royal Guard. That means that our Link went through: Training through childhood, being a squire and training under a knight, being knighted and training with the Hyrulean army, and becoming a Champion.
I've kinda always had this theroy that the tri-force of courage bestows great defensive powers to the wearer as long as they can brave the assault that6 is coming their way. Kinda explains why link can tank a guardian shot, but had troubles with heavy crates, or take a pimp slap from Ganon but chickens can kill him, the power of his enemies determines the resistance he is bestowed.
I actually prefer the resurrection theory, links game over and continue screen are supposed to represent his courage in that the players determination leads him to always rise to the occasion despite how I'll prepared and strong he is.
Considering that you can swing your sword at civilians in each town and it does nothing, I'm guessing he's only dangerous to those who side with evil. So, if you're not evil, you might actually be able to win that boxing match.
The force of links parry “could probably kill someone”. I’m pretty sure at half a million Newtons it would definitely kill them if not completely obliterate them lol Also I think what should be added is not only the force it takes to stop a Lionel dead in his tracks but to send him back reeling too.
Not really. It actually isn't to far off the strongest punch any human has ever thrown which is about 150,000 newtons but there are a lot of contenders so it is uncertain.
Ooof didn’t mean to boil your bottoms, I hadn’t realized I was copying anybody.... sorry if this isn’t original, I didn’t see any other comment with this scenario... But cheers anyhow.
Rewatching some of these theories and breakdowns are giving me an idea for what I think the Power of Courage actually does. There is no way that Link can stop a charge like that or survive a boulder falling on his head without the magic of Courage.
It also makes perfect thematic sense for the guy who carries around (and is empowered by) the mystical embodiment of courage, to use parries as one of his signature and arguably one of his greatest techniques. Facing down a seemingly unstoppable or guaranteed fatal attack, and instead of dodging or blocking it, using perfect timing to turn the force back on the attacker. You'd have to remain perfectly calm and focused in the face of terrifying monsters to pull it off, which just screams Courage to me. That's just really cool design right there.
@@henrytanael I imagine that the Triforce of Courage works like the Triforce of Power in this sense, Ganondorf is a beast even without the Triforce of Power. But with it he is basically the embodiment of Power. Link, in all forms, is Courageous. So he is able to use the magic that is most associated with it, most likely a sort of body magic that allows him more survivability in dangerous environments, such as being able to tank being near lava at the cost of his health just draining instead of melting immediately, or being able to parry a Lynel without so much as a scratch to his health. But *with* the Triforce of Courage, he is able to access the full power of Courage...whatever that may be. Since we don't actually know what the power of Courage actually is we can only speculate.
@@Darkvalentine333 I like how you put that, like the triforce of courage gives him boundless strength if he has the courage to face the challenge without hesitation.
Lets not forget, in Smash Ultimates intro, Link is the ONLY Character capable of deflecting Galeem's beams of light which incinerate everything. Not even Palutena (an actual GODDESS) was capable of that.
_Stares at the fact that Ganon has the Triforce of power, whilst Link has the Triforce of courage._ aRe yOu sUrE AbOuT ThAt? Cause I think Link should get both now after this video. XD
Link can lift boulders his size and throw them, link can push over boulders twice his size, He can climb sheer surfaces, Link can completely negate any attack with a swing of his arm and a shield, The reason all his weapons can break? He's simply too strong.

@@gon7576 Actually the same explains how he can parry a lynel with a pot lid but he can die of a few boko hits. It happens that link can slow down time (bullet time, flurry rush exist?) When he's doing a perfect parry, he uses his time-slowing ability to slow down time to a point where it's like pushing someone of equal strength (That also explains why the pot lid doesn't break). However, if he does it too early, he is open to the charge and takes heavy damage. If he doesn't parry or does it to late, he just tanks the attack, which for things such as a lynel charge throws him in the air, and the pot lid becomes wooden shards.
I know this might not be a serious question, but it's actually useful for game physics programming. I'd be surprised if BOTW didn't use this formula underneath.
This isn't even the best formula to apply to this problem. Momentum and kinetic energy calculations are better suited for this problem where the applied force is instantaneous (i.e. collisions)
@@luchonn6209 I doubt even that being the case, since you would want to avoid all unnecessary calculations. If the hitbox of the attack happens to be in the previously defined area in front of Link and you press the button, the move and its animation get activated. So nothing else but the positions are needed for this.
Lynel: *Starts charging at Link.* Link: Oh? You're approaching me? Instead of running away, you're coming straight for me? Even though I'm the hero of Hyrule, the Champion Link, wielder of the Master Sword and who has the power to stop you with just my shield! Lynel: I can't show everyone your terrifying power without charging at you. Link: Hoho! Then charge as much as you like.
It’s also worth mentioning in one of the cutscenes in Age of Calamity, a part of the castle (and by part I mean a HUGE chunk of the castle’s brick work) crumbled and was about to fall on top of Zelda. But this man’s parries it and it goes FLYING. I get that it’s a game but wow, Link is highkey a BEAST
The shield parry and how it functions is canon because it appears in cutscenes, which means it's not just a combat mechanic for the sake of gameplay. Also, Link isn't the only person who can do it, Urbosa can too
"Game Theory" is so fucking annoying with his voice and his face constantly plastered on all his videos. He sounds like James from pokemon, but as if he were a real person. These videos are so much better.
@@ZeranZeran seems like you just don't like game theory and he does and you have differing opinions but you shouldn't try to force your opinion on someone else
PK Taco I’ve always wondered how it was that link could pretty much fall at terminal velocity and just pull that out of nowhere without barely any resistance
Daruk: thought he was the strongest. Revali: thought he was a better fighter The deku tree: thought link couldn’t lift the master sword with three hearts. Mipha: thought link needed healing The king: thought it would not be wise he head directly to the castle at this point.
BTW, you can parry a stone talus punch/throw if you time it absolutely perfectly. My guess is a giant rock is WAY heavier than our lion centaur friend.
Yeah, but the punch doesn't have the insane acceleration of the Lynel charge. The velocity of the charge increases its impact. It's why me throwing a cannonball at your chest would hurt you but me shooting you in the chest with a bullet would likely kill you.
I think you're underestimating how heavy a giant muscly centaur would be, or overestimating how heavy the boulder is. That Lynel is jacked, all muscle. Definitely weighs more than the Talus arms
My headcanon is that the guardian stalkers are perfectly capable of melee combat normally; they just won't let Link close to melee because they know better.
That would be super cool! Plus, as AI gets better, what if they were able to learn your personal style, be able to counter it, and then share it with the rest of the Guardians so they knew it too.
Love this video Zeltik. I love seeing physics applied to video games. But something that makes this result EVEN SCARIER is the fact that Link is putting out 448k Newtons with NON-DOMINANT ARM. Link in BOTW is right handed, and if he’s able to put out almost 500kN with his off hand, then holy Hylia imagine the force he puts out with his dominant arm.
The funny thing is till botw the hylian shield was considered indestuctable and was made from an indestructible metal to him having that much force to break it eventually is surprising
remember one of the trailers of TP where the goron was boxing link i really wish they kept that, i was happy thinking link will learn how to punch and kick but gorons became sumo wrestlers
Not only is he insanely strong, but insanely fast. Link’s Flurry Rush and bullet time techniques have him move at unnatural speeds. In these time slowing events, Link moves 19x faster than the average adult male. Putting him at a speed of 302.1 MPH. This is the kind of speed that can make characters like Mewtwo dizzy. Freaking Mewtwo.
Imagine if he had the Bunny Hood and could slow time with the Inverted Song of Time - he could speed blitz anyone. I mean, he can already dodge and deflect lightning and lasers in most of his incarnations, so... Super hero.
deadpool kaboom that's assuming he's only as fast as an average adult male. Given his athleticism he's probably faster by at least two or three mph. In Zelda in a cutscene comments on links athleticism Edit- also in the cutscenes blades of the yiga, Zelda is being pursued by 3 yiga foot soldiers and eventually gets cornered. And literally RIGHT AS Zelda is about to get killed, like the blade is has been swung and is inches away from her face, link shows up out of nowhere completely undetected by anyone and nowhere to be found in the wide shot at the beginning of the cutscenes. and kills the foot soldier effortlessly.
I don’t see why people would say “it’s just a mechanic”. It’s just a game, too. So Link is as strong as the developers intend him to be...and so therefore, he’s strong enough to parry pretty much anything in the game, fast enough to attack incredibly fast in the blink of an eye, shoot incredibly fast, etc It’s a world of fiction. You can’t say “it’s just a mechanic it’s not canon”. Of course it’s canon, he’s a video game character. Game characters ALWAYS do insane crap. Why would you assume Link for some reason can’t do similarly crazy crap like so many other video game characters. He isn’t a normal human, or even Hylian. He’s an OP video game character far beyond our own limits. In canon, Link parried a laser with a pot lid. Nintendo clearly intends Link to be a beast. That’s why he was chosen to be Zelda’s knight in the first damn place. He killed tons of lynels, moblins, bokoblins all while protecting Zelda. Guardians too. Anyone saying “it’s just a game mechanic” just doesn’t wanna accept that Link is unbelievably, fast, strong and skilled. The reason Link can parry anything in the game is the same reason any other character can do what they do in their games. We need to stop acting like Link is removed from his own feats in-game as if it doesn’t count or something. Because it does. He can parry giants, lynels and monsters. In canon. It counts, stop reducing it to “just a mechanic” as if he can’t actually do that lmao There’s no reason to assume he can’t other than just finding it hard to believe. Well, believe it. It isn’t independent of how strong Link is. This guy can Spider-Man his way up walls with his bare strength. It’s canon. Of course it’s fictional and just a video game, but it’s not like Link in-universe isn’t as strong as the game makes him seem. He is.
Nah I disagree, it's possible something like this isnt canon and is just a consequence of the parry mechanic. Like how mario can pick up a castle and kick it away in mario world, he's not actually strong enough to lift a castle over his head - just a little thing in the game
In 1 second a lynel generates the force of a rocket truster, after 2 seconds he would be twice as fast (not counting air resistance). Link might be the strongest, but you have got to give them credit too!
There's a theory that link actually can control time. Like it's not just "a cool video game effect" but that's his actual champion power. If it's true, any equation with acceleration in it, Link can basically OP beast mode through.
When you're at the Rito training grounds, before facing the divine beast, he tests you by having you shoot targets while gliding. When you finish, he said it looked like time stopped as you aimed. That there says it to me, it's more than just a game mechanic.
It wouldn't surprise me. Maybe the spirit of the "hero of time" flows through him. He is after all the most legendary link and he has guided other link's before.
I believe he can control time.. in the game itself he dies and does a redo and knows where he died earlier.. the only reason he could not do it 100 years prior was Zelda encased him in a capsule while he was unconscious.. instead of letting him die.. he probably would have stopped Ganon way back then..
Combine with the video that proved Link's greatest power: the power to literally slow time in battle and strike multiple times in a fraction of the second. No wonder he defeated grown-ups at age 4. At age 16 he's a 1-man Spartan army! Ganon never stood a chance.

I did some math of my own, and the impact of stopping a Lynel with parry is about equivalent to a Medicine Ball size meteorite impacting the ground at 17,000 km/s at a 15 degree angle. Assuming the force is translated back against Link, with the Lynel hitting Link at a 0 degree angle to the surface. The force then translates through Link's body, through his legs into the ground (I'm guessing at about a 15 degree angle). This should actually cause a 700 m wide crater to form. Of course, based on the animation, and Link just standing at 90 degrees, during the parry. If the force translated through Link at 90 degrees, you are looking at an almost 2km wide crater.
maybe referring to Vah Rudania? thats a pretty big lizard tbf, it could definitely one-shot Link if it tried hard enough. or just play on Master Mode, Chuchu's one-shot you then...
You could say this is an exaggerated depiction of Link's strength. However, you could also say the same about reflecting guardian beams with pot lids, and yet we have confirmation that Link has actually done that in canon. I think the developers intentionally wanted us to know just how powerful Link's shield parry canonically is, because if you notice, the Lynel has a unique animation for when its head-on charge gets parried.

@@blueberryindigo3087 It can't be light speed-because then you wouldn't be able to parry it on reaction... unless everyone in Hyrule moves really fast, but that means every enemy in the game is absurdly powerful as well... which means Link is even more impressive.
@Da-Ron Davis yah but you all have to remember that hylians have a power call The force (its canon in the hyrule hystoria book) thats what allows link to use magical items like running so fast he can run on water or other magics that allows them to control the concepts of reality (conceptual, paradox, acousality, probability etc) and no its not everyone who can only specific individuals can do what link do (ganon all the main bad guys grom the other diffrent games and the sages plus champions) since they all represent the peak of their species also link is the only one who has been worthy to weild the full triforce. the triforce created by the 3 golden goddesses who is stated by Nintendo them self the simple fact that they existed they created the zelda multiverse (since each timelines are different universes) and the triforce only contains a fraction a really small fraction of their power the triforce the most powerfull item in the zelda that can rewrite the world anyways the user wants it to be.
the second would be the master sword since SS link forge the goddess sword into the master sword by using each part of the triforce as a fail safe incase something goes wrong (ALTTP) and the master sword is canonacaly able to stop anykind of magical attacks and thats in base form (golden master is a way more powerfull version)
if it wasnt for gameplay mechanics link would be fighting like heroic spirits from the Nasuverse(fate series) or like sasuke and naruto with how actually destructive his items is also acient arrows erase people from existence soul mind and body plus some links are know to shoot arrows from thousands of kilometers away thanks to light arrows and their own skills.
Ps link has such a mastery over time he was shown to be able to travel a 100 years in the past and back again in the present and anywhere in between (oracale of ages) link is ridiculously OP its not even funny.

Wonder how strong he will be in the 2. Game when his strength has recovered.
but it's not even that, he is using the enemy's force against them. as that pretty much what a parry is, it's redirecting energy, not blocking it. they are two completely different things. when you block, your shield and your body is absorbing the impact.
demonpride1975 and Link can block the charge with barely even a flinch.

It's a fact
Link: "If you throw another moon at me, I'm going to lose it."
@@Tunic_ whistling helps breathe? 🤔 lol
armor in real life at least isn't that heavy when you wear it
Also has a near bottomless pocket which can hold thousands of pounds and just runs around with it like it's nothing.
And also can sprint for 10 minutes at a time.
That means that our Link went through:

I've kinda always had this theroy that the tri-force of courage bestows great defensive powers to the wearer as long as they can brave the assault that6 is coming their way. Kinda explains why link can tank a guardian shot, but had troubles with heavy crates, or take a pimp slap from Ganon but chickens can kill him, the power of his enemies determines the resistance he is bestowed.
Also explains the attack of the Flower Lady.

Or... he’s just a badass... and supernatural powers are behind him... so I say that he is just an enigma, and leave it there.
Moral of the story:
Don't get into a boxing match with Link.
Considering that you can swing your sword at civilians in each town and it does nothing, I'm guessing he's only dangerous to those who side with evil. So, if you're not evil, you might actually be able to win that boxing match.

Which is even more awesome because he doesn't even have the Triforce of Courage in this! Only Zelda has it.

However, if he does it too early, he is open to the charge and takes heavy damage. If he doesn't parry or does it to late, he just tanks the attack, which for things such as a lynel charge throws him in the air, and the pot lid becomes wooden shards.

It’s no wonder why he breaks his weapons so quickly
Hankbob Hillpants Link: Cheapass steel next time make a sword of DIAMONDS
Dude's so strong even the indestructible Hylian Shield can instantly shatter from his sheer force alone.
The funny thing is till botw the hylian shield was considered indestuctable and was made from an indestructible metal to him having that much force to break it eventually is surprising
Link over here having a vibranium shield apparently
I await the day when Link can just PUNCH monsters.
Seriously, who DOESN'T want to take on Ganon/Ganondorf with nothing but their fists?
Me✋. Plus that would be so bad ass no joke. It be all slow motion and then boom👊💥. Ganondorf is knockout and I save Hyrule.
remember one of the trailers of TP where the goron was boxing link i really wish they kept that, i was happy thinking link will learn how to punch and kick but gorons became sumo wrestlers
Link can punch in oracle games
With the help of a rinh
you mean punch-out style? just trolling ganon and then running away once he's out of breath?
He knows how to kick in smash.
In Zelda in a cutscene comments on links athleticism
Edit- also in the cutscenes blades of the yiga, Zelda is being pursued by 3 yiga foot soldiers and eventually gets cornered. And literally RIGHT AS Zelda is about to get killed, like the blade is has been swung and is inches away from her face, link shows up out of nowhere completely
undetected by anyone and nowhere to be found in the wide shot at the beginning of the cutscenes. and kills the foot soldier effortlessly.
Underappreciated comment.
Imagine how much a parry + flurry rush attack would hurt
I'm in awe at the power of this lad.
His parrying is not even just a gameplay mechanic, he parried a giant falling boulder during an Age of Calamity cutscene.
you mean the ceiling in hyrule castle?
I don’t see why people would say “it’s just a mechanic”. It’s just a game, too. So Link is as strong as the developers intend him to be...and so therefore, he’s strong enough to parry pretty much anything in the game, fast enough to attack incredibly fast in the blink of an eye, shoot incredibly fast, etc
It’s a world of fiction.
He is.
Here Here!
Your right
Thats a lot of text for me..... Culda killed a lynel with it
your right
Nah I disagree, it's possible something like this isnt canon and is just a consequence of the parry mechanic. Like how mario can pick up a castle and kick it away in mario world, he's not actually strong enough to lift a castle over his head - just a little thing in the game
lynel: i'm one of the most dangerous monsters in botw r
link: hold my beer
me: Imma watch dis lynel die in 0.000000001 seconds and laugh at dat idiot
I’m sorry you’re wrong...
HOLD MY MILK
Hold my Noble pursuit
Yes because Link being a 16 year old can drink beer
RDK Nijjar but he’s Japanese. What is the legal drinking age there?
Link protecc
Link atacc
But most of all...
He throw lynel back
lmao I thought you were going to say “he parry bacc”
I thought he was gunna say link thicc
Bacc*
link protecc
link attacc
but most importantly
link always come bacc
Throw the lynel back
Sounds like a euphemism for Zelda themed furry oral.
Agreed
That would explain his parry as well as archery skills in the air
Exactly haha
Ganon never stood a chance indeed
@Ella I believe he's literally 16 in BOTW
Or it’s because solders in the Zelda series are near useless
@@extremoni2905 *laughs in hoard of Guardians*
Saitama: Consecutive Normal Punches
Link: *HUH* (Parry)
So you’re telling me that link is THAT STRONG- but instead of rocket punching and instantly killing everything he has to start off with a twig?!
Yes, they gotta nerf him or you one punch everything when you leave the shrine of resurrection
He has vows and restrictions to adhere to.
Link is an (Hunter x Hunter) Aura user?
@@nullpoint3346 do you mean nen user?(not being mean. Just thought was what you were saying and wanted to make sure)
@@lady-ghira-fan3263 They are what I'm referring to, yes, but not what I mean.
Nen is a form of aura manipulation. They say it in the manga and both of the anime.
But Nen doesn't exist in LoZ, though some of it's principles may still apply.
An Aside: While most settings don't call spellcasters "mana wielders", that is ultimately what they are. (Not accounting for Vancian magic adjacent systems, but most of those still have mana as a lore word even if not as an appreciable resource)
Nen as a magic system is like what MMA is to competitive sports. A decent fraction of what's possible, but nowhere near complete.
Additional aside: I'm disappointed that we don't get to see other style of aura manipulation outside of the "geniuses" and nen users.
@@nullpoint3346 I know that, I just didn't quite understand whether you messed up with what it was called or not since, at least I haven't come across it if so, they don't refer to it as using aura they refer to it as using nen
Chuck Norris used ROUNDHOUSEKICK!
... But Link parried the attack!
Oh no! A BLACK HOLE was created!
The universe fainted!
It was super effective!
Link and Chuck Norris gained infinite XPs.
Link's and Chuck Norris's level is now *over 9000!*
When to meme masters clash in text based combat
The Death Battle between Chuck Norris and Segata Sanshiro created one
...And then the universe collapsed
the moon crashes into the earth *link parried it*
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooof
In botw he's left handed, but fights with his right cause the left is too powerful.
I must do him right-handed, if I use my left, I cannot be satisfied.
I understood that reference.
If Link swung weappns with his left hand, it would do 100x normal damage, have AoE splash damage, break the weapons immediately, and leave whatever survives in a coma
Ganondorf: That's cute.......
Dark Link: I know, right?
Demise: Why a coma?
Ganon: Beats me...
Onyx (I don't know if right name): I captured a goddess once...
Veren: Wonderful....
Malladas: Why are you guys here?
Majora: Indeed...
Bellem: Why is everybody in my house?
Ghirahim: You have a house?
Zant: I'm powerful too......
Everyone: *STFU, ZANT!!!!*
Zant: :-( :-( :-(
Savion Major vaati?
Link is still left handed, but if he use his left hand to strike with a swort, he will cut the concept of reality itself!!!
That's why he uses a shield to protect reality from himself
Link is EVEN stronger in Age of Calamity(i know it didnt come out when the vid was posted im just saying). In a cutscene, he somehow gets SUPERSPEED and like teleports to block a few thrown daggers at Zelda. And later, he easily deflects a facking chunk of roof that weighs probalby weighs like 4000 kilograms! And that's not even mentioning how he friggin 1v4'd the BLIGHT GANONS!
Also, he doesn't have a stamina wheel. He can run full speed for a long time. I thought there's an oxygen change or something in those 100 years.
@@candelariat.3051 Those 100 years of snoozing got to him I bet
@@candelariat.3051 I think the 100 years lack of training does that I hope they remove the stamina and durability mechanics in the sequel he should start with the master sword and unlimited stamina after getting back in shape as for health the glowy hand removes his health back to 3 hearts
@@curtisbraebairn3608 I highly doubt they will remove stamina
Mate i could 1v4 the blights in BotW, thats fucking easy

The new uno reverse card
Somebody: Uses F=MA
Game Theory fans: Hey, I’ve seen this one
Wyatt Vollmer weebs who never took physics ever in their lives: why’d they name it after Full Metal Alchemist?
The femur bone break comparison, gave me the visual of just a stone faced link breaking a skulltulla or a stalfos in half with his bear hands.
Link could probably just punch a Stalnox or Stallord and win.
bare*
Well we saw link deflect a HUGE chunk of castle debris in age of calamity, so yea he’s insanely strong
Damn
Damn
Damn
holy shit
We need an animation of this.
So if link can do that...
WHY DOES HE GET ONE-SHOTTED BY A GODDAMN BIG LIZARD!?!?!?
durability and strength are not always Linked.
maybe referring to Vah Rudania? thats a pretty big lizard tbf, it could definitely one-shot Link if it tried hard enough.
or just play on Master Mode, Chuchu's one-shot you then...
@John O. Eyyyyy
The creators didn't wanna make link that over powered so they decided to just put 0.000000001 percent of his power
@@kenpanderz672 Well it's a strong Link between them
**link parries the guardian**
Guardian:gets hit
Guardian: GUYS WE NEED TO BE ON LINKS TEAM...
**dies**
I’m actually considering that.
