      It can probably be any resin. The one I use is a brand called gedeos

    This gives me ideas about how to make scales or a handle from local materials...but I wouldn’t have thought of pencils! Great video 👍

    For that odd occasion your kid gets mugged whilst shading. Strange idea but cool outcome and you definitely have a great skill set and imagination. Kudos.

      Not that many. I think I only needed 1 pencil per color

    What type of expoxy resin do you recommend to put together a block of pencils I have another idea for their use. Thanks in advance.

      I use gedeo crystal resin which I think worked very well. Good luck with your project and don't forget gloves when working with uncured epoxy

      If you really want to, you barely need any tools to get started. A few files and a hacksaw can get you started :)

    Too many body movements. It could have been done faster and easier. And there were too many tools involved in the manufacturing process. Not every home has such a set of tools.

      Thanks for your input! You can replace the power tools that shape the handle to hand sanding. It will just take longer but will be the same result.
