Somebody showed me this video last night during a family party. This is so sad. My uncle & his family used to live here until it was foreclosed by the bank. They built it from ground up. We use to have a lot of family parties here. This is in an unincorporated part of Midlothian. I guess the city has to maintain the front lawn so it’s not an eyesore to the neighborhood. Seeing this video breaks my heart, esp for my uncle who passed away in 2021. The last room you went to is the master bedroom. It has a balcony and stairs that leads down to the pool area below. 😢😢😢
I grew up a few blocks from there. It was for sure the nicest house in that area. It makes sense why I could hear the train in the background. Sorry for your loss.
I wouldn't be surprised if the owners couldn't pay the high taxes, left, and the bank foreclosed on the property. The fires were most likely set by kids and others using the house to chill and party in.
Yep , people are still under the illusion that they OWN their property in America. The government actually does , we're just paying rent (in the form of "taxes") when you stop , the government reclaims it. America's government system is so corrupt , manipulative and greedy. It really is a disgusting world we live in.
Please put masks or even respirators on when you're exploring the black mold ridden buildings! I just found your videos and really enjoy them even better than other explorers I watch, but safety around mold is important, even being exposed a little can cause health issues down the road! I just wanted to cover my nose the entire time you were in the basement. I'm glad you don't tell more location wise like some do. Though it's fun finding where these explores happen, it has a way of letting those that don't respect the properties come and destroy it more. I can only imagine how beautiful this house was at one time. Keep up the great videos!
I lived in this area for a couple months. Most of the vandalism came by people from my school who just simply messed around and took advantage of this place. I always wondered why this property was abandoned. Thanks for exploring it!
It would be cool if you gave more info on the places you explore. You could do a search via public records. Sounds like it's near the airport and knowing you're from Illinois I would guess that's where it is? Anyways, love your videos!
The last fire in that house was a year ago or so. I work for a neighboring department. By the time we got there they returned us. My guess they were there for the fire in the bathroom seeing how the damage is pretty limited, all things considered. The fire department got a fast hit on the fire. Looks like someone poured a flammable liquid in the bathtub and lit it.
I will never understand why people vandalize places like this, imagine how cool this place used to be. Also those metal things couldn’t keep the idiots out
This house eerily reminds me of the LaBianca house on Waverly Drive in Los Angeles...back in '69 it's where Rosemary and Leno LaBianca were butchered by the Manson family. Just...creepy.
Yeah, gettin' a kick out of dude's BRIGHT RED track suit. Like, why dude, you try'na get caught? Kidding. But usually you wanna wear something that's not gonna get ya noticed 😂.
I'm guessing there was a fire and family vacated. Decided to secure it professionally - maybe insurance issues - and left many personal items. Then the taggers and destructive little shits broke in and destroyed it. Made a bad situation much, much worse. Now it'll either have to be razed and replaced, or completely rebuilt. Maybe find a developer who wants the land.
you should have "miked up" your friend as we are missing half the conversation.....soooooo much graffiti ....everything covered with it......thanks......👍👍
I’d say most of these are people who had money and then shit happens and no longer could afford it nor sell it. Happens a lot with these mega houses/mansions or so my old realtor told me. Hard to sell a home like that unless it’s prime location and very well kept up with
Something not setting right with the house. Something off about the house. Why did they not have insurance on the home . Doesn't surprise me at all if they couldn't pay the property tax on this house they abandoned it because of this
That house is in Midlothian, Illinois and is actually for sale right now as a foreclosure. Mostly everything has been cleared out and some repairs have been done to make it less ugly inside. A bargain at $264K ! 🤣🤣
I wish you guys would wear masks when there's mold, I know you don't think it will affect you but just wait until you're in your older years. Bad stuff.
So sad..people make a lot of money and think of spending it,but no thought to save for future hard times..something we all learned before the age of everything on credit cards and borrowing.
I had to come explain the "gullible" that was spray painted on the ceiling. There was a joke where you tell someone that the word gullible was written on the ceiling. Usually they would look up and then you would make fun of them for being gullible. But if someone did that in this house, they would actually see gullible written on the ceiling. Would that be like, a reverse-joke? 😂
I love your videos I lived in Illinois for 4 years and recently left to move to Indiana great job on your videos wish utube would stop with so many commercials
Why are you trying to make it seem soooo nefarious? There's barely ANYTHING LEFT BEHIND wtf?!? Many times I'd say most people DISCARD CRAP WHEN MOVING. Like A LOT. It's stressful you just want it done.....it's OBVIOUSLY NOT LIVED IN THEN SUDDENLY ABANDONED 🙄🤣🤡 That one guy going on and on how scary I wonder what happened? Really?! LMFAO You act it's like a house that has it everything in place then left....Ive seen hundreds of those. Now THOSE are CREEPY.....McMansions used for a party are not...cartel do not run about having parties.... Where's all the FURNITURE that would've been burnt??? Quit trying to make stories to sell it .....
Also just like in a car accident the insurance company gives you the option whether or not you wanna keep the house if so they repair it if not they take the house and pay you.. just like in a car accident.
It must have been a beautiful home at one point. I hate it when people take it upon themselves to spray paint and tag property that isn’t theirs.
By looking.
It was a very beautiful home at one time or another, I can tell just
LIKE THE MAN SAD "ONLY IN AMERICA"!

So what happened? Why was it foreclosed?
Ty for sharing we don't get enough back stories. If body cut up in bathtub set fire there to cover evidence
Maybe taxes which are too high everywhere
Guys who run this site said people left after fire can't always believe peoples comments...guy said it's his uncle's house sounds suss
People please quit vandalizing for Pete sake . Guys you need masks 😷 Take care
Can't argue with that masking up as I can hear the camera man getting all stuffed up.
Agreed. Instead of wearing tennis shoes, wear some good, sturdy boots.
I wouldn't be surprised if the owners couldn't pay the high taxes, left, and the bank foreclosed on the property. The fires were most likely set by kids and others using the house to chill and party in.

So heartbreaking to see all the vandalism. It was a beautiful home at one time. Some family has a lot of memories their. It’s a shame
dude, please blow your nose while filming. always bring tissue paper and a mask with you.
Masks cause more harm than good. Dust and stale air can make a nose run...it doesn't mean he's dying ffs.
Agree with the sniffling. Blow that snot pump!
@@Cephous67 no kidding! LOL
Too bad people had to ruin that beautiful home. Guess the boarding the windows didn't work. So sad. Would love to know the full story.
Abandoned home with a fresh cut lawn?
Just the front cuz HOA

That's such a warming thought, thank you for the thought

Yeah, gettin' a kick out of dude's BRIGHT RED track suit. Like, why dude, you try'na get caught? Kidding. But usually you wanna wear something that's not gonna get ya noticed 😂.
Did anyone else notice the lawn is cut in the front? Weird
Probably the city cuts the front to keep it looking okay so it doesn't turn into a forest.
Yup HOA
I'm guessing there was a fire and family vacated. Decided to secure it professionally - maybe insurance issues - and left many personal items. Then the taggers and destructive little shits broke in and destroyed it. Made a bad situation much, much worse. Now it'll either have to be razed and replaced, or completely rebuilt. So the back of the house was in a forest but the front looks well landscaped and like its in a subdivision? I'm so confused.
Exactly these videos are fake !
The city probably cuts it dummies
HOA, that’s why.
i dont understand, how could it be fake? how would you fake an abandoned home?@@stylish1012
The house is located in a neighborhood in Oak Forest, it literally just sits there abandoned surrounded by smaller houses.
2007 thete was a big mortgage crash, you were to young.
DAWGS Is a security co.
The amount of abandoned places that’s all over this country is starting to look like the last of us. This shit is scary
you should have "miked up" your friend as we are missing half the conversation.....soooooo much graffiti ....everything covered with it......thanks......👍👍
It makes me sad to see how squatters destroy stuff but it’s interesting as hell.
Maybe wear masks?

This is in midlothian? No way. I’m in oak lawn. I wonder whose place this was?
I wish you guys would wear masks when there's mold, I know you don't think it will affect you but just wait until you're in your older years. Bad stuff.
It's been flooded from the looks of the basement
What kind of people goes into someone elses home and trash it how sad is that.
Hmmm the grass has been cut?Wouldn’t it b high as the windows if “somebody” hadn’t been there in a few years?🤔Cool house..
City cuts it dummy
When theres a fire in a house and the owners file with their insurance, they are not allowed back in their house. Otherwise they wont receive money
I use a website that can get addresses quite quick with little info. I was able to find this home, and the street view of the house looks mint!
What's its address?
They have fireplaces in many abandon, castles and mansions, mostly in every room to keep it warm
So sad..people make a lot of money and think of spending it,but no thought to save for future hard times..something we all learned before the age of everything on credit cards and borrowing.
Looks like the owners had run a private security company. Too bad. Looks lime it was a nice home!
Multiple fires set by kids
Why are people so destructive of other’s property I just don’t get it
There’s to many homeless people to explore abandoned buildings where I live
Was that Alicia keys home at one point? Its probably how she wrote that one song ....."This girl is on fire" ...coincidence??? I say not
Y’all never seen that dawgs door? There’s some here in Philly
the lawn is cut because of neighbor hood associations have to .
The outside looks a heck of a lot bigger than the inside.
Its not abandoned. Look at how well the grass is kept
Also it appears that they started the fire in the bathtub and the toilet. There’s demarcation lines everywhere.
Seriously dudes you should be wearing masks with all that black mold.
I’m distracted by the red track suit. Love your work.
Right😂
Fhaghettabout it! 🤌 😂
My family has that exact same refrigerator, lol!
That black mold is terrifying 😳😨
Damn , lot of money in that security to never be looked at by a rentacop
8:52 I don’t remember being here.. lol xP

Whatta shame. :(....... 🧡🙏🏻
Your walking next to all that black mold.
Find out later in the video? How did I miss it? Ugh
Miss what
People always have paint
Que pena lo que han echo en esa casa que sinvergüenza 😢
You mention it was an actor's home, which one/whose?
Were was this at
Yikes all the mold. I wouldn't want to be in there without a mask or respirator.
This house has sold recently.
Yes, you were goofing around, and you discovered a mansion..
Yeah? What’s your point in commenting?
Unfortunately even boarded the house will decay... no air inside, no ac!
Might as well demolish the house the mold goes thru the walls...house not worth any money!
I have to stop watching due to the disrespect of other people ... SAD
You didn't notice the graffiti all over the inside and outside covering the house???
The level of stupid destruction is unbelievable .why .
Unfortunately all the vandalism. Thanks
Somebody definitely vandalize that place for sure lol😊
Awesome vid
Why do jerkoffs always try and burn down abandos idk
For such a massive home the kids room was so small. Seems like there was always a problem with the H.O. And kid
The Gov. should clean it up
Lol
7:32, you hear someone giggle
Y’all should’ve went upstairs into the attic 😊
I would of tried going to the attic
New subscriber here..I love your videos bro 👍
Just came from FB to check you out
The lawn is mowed around the house
SWEETIE THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT A MANSION 😂
Mcmanison quite popular late 90’s early 2000’s
I wonder who the actor was
Sorry guys after 2 minutes a commercial not doing that
I love your videos I lived in Illinois for 4 years and recently left to move to Indiana great job on your videos wish utube would stop with so many commercials

Quit trying to make stories to sell it .....
Calm down and get a grip
What state was this in
Midlothian, Illinois. Southwest suburb of Chicago.
It was very clear the house was protected from intruders, yet you choose to ignore and enter like all the other previously to you.
Thats not a mansion lol, thsts the size of my house.
Rich people, they collected the insurance money from the fire and left everything that wasn’t personal to them ..
Also just like in a car accident the insurance company gives you the option whether or not you wanna keep the house if so they repair it if not they take the house and pay you.. just like in a car accident.
It is not much old
Thats crazy homie. Vato you didnt walk through a forrest and it wasnt ecen the woods. You walked through over grown grass homie
Dude blow ur snotbox
💀
Or do another line at least 😅
