    Impressive stuff making your own stuff. Ive said it before i think but i just stick with a shop bought pork pie 😂😂 Im so British 😂😂

      lol that's awesome 😅 it's weird that I'm trying to eat so healthy and consume only real/natural foods but I'm fine with these sugars/carbs as long as it's during workouts.

    Just use table sugar (sucrose). It is the perfect ratio of 50% glucose and 50% fructose.

      I did that once when I hadn't received my fructose yet. Is that better in any way?
