as of right now Incore's last game was 166 days ago. It was a 23 minute long normal draft game. He played Karma Top, went 2/1/7 and won. He is level 137 and ended season 10 (His final season) Challenger. I'm going to assume the olaf changes affected him and that is why he no longer plays, that or he simply moved on. He was playing regularly before disappearing, with at most a 4 day gap between a string of 3-5 games.

I was part of the OMAIN club as well with over 1million pts on the viking bastard alongside other high elo players like Weaz Sorya..stopped playing league part of it, focusing on life, I would assume he's doing the same. I used to play him a lot before the item rework, but now he got hard nerfed because of Goredrinker, and Goredrinker got nerfed too. So is he still good?

I picked up Olaf myself (before I saw this video) and played him top. At the start I was absolutely amazed how braindead I could play. I could fight level 1 and kill the enemy laner like 3 times in 3 minutes. Though after like a week of repeating this. It suddenly stopped working. I was playing the exact same but I was completely intting every match. I ended up dropping Olaf and now he is absolutely sh*t. I don't understand what happened since Olaf didn't get patched. His items got nerfed for sure but that shouldn't change his level 1 capabilities.
I'm no matchup expert, but quinn should be ok into olaf pre lvl 6. Only problem is that olaf Q is much lower CD than quinn E, so if the quinn is not playing perfectly I could imagine olaf still being able to hit q Q and run them down. Also after 6 quinn will become too immobile to escape the olaf if he uses R correctly. Quinn E + phase rush I dont think is enough distance, especially with the olaf Q slow + ult MS.
