  • Roses Lake, located near Chelan, is one of Washington's finest small water fisheries. I caught a few species, but many more inhabit the lake! Will I stay sane enjoying the awesome fishing? Or will the excellent fishing drive me to MADNESS!?

    Great video "Blake about Town"/"Blake on Roses Lake"! Thank you for sharing. Missed you over the last few months. Love the little dingy boat. Wish I had one! Hope to see you on a trip down there. If ever up in Vancouver, I will take you bull trout fishing. Blessings!

    Brings up lots of memories when we lived in Wenatchee, buying gear at Hooked on Toys, and fishing Roses and Wapato lakes. Glad you're back.

    Nice video Blake! I really enjoyed the scenery and the cloud coverage reflecting off the lake. Also the fish were definitely biting and that plate of Mexican food now has me starving for some Chips & Salsa!

    Hey Blake! I've been watching your videos a while now, in preparation of moving out to Washington at the end of summer. I'm out here rn for a week, and I just had my first clamming experience last night. Managed two horse clams at Dash Point, and its all thanks to your videos, keep it up!

    Always love the videos Blake! I’m especially glad to see you putting that Livingston to use. I have a 7ft floater and a 10ft non floater.
    But I plan on doing a light restore on the 7ft so that it can be a 2nd boat for our fishing group this year at baker lake. I plan on stacking it on the 14ft StarCraft for the trip. 😂

    Great vid! Question - how heavy is that small livingston? Seems like you can load it into your truck bed no problem. Wondering how big of one would be feasible for two people to lift/fit into a truck bed.

    • @WAFishQuest
      @WAFishQuest  2 месяца назад

      Hello! I'm not entirely sure on the weight... 60-80 pounds maybe? I walk it over one my shoulders for short distances. I wouldn't want to go a mile with it. But if the water is only 100 feet away it's fine. More awkward than anything. Two people would be a breeze.

    Great Video, do you have to register your boat with a electric motor?

    • @WAFishQuest
      @WAFishQuest  2 месяца назад +1

      Hi Rick! You do not. There is more to the rule than this, but smaller boats (under 16 feet I think) with a motor
