Hii!! In my neighborhood, there are some cats. Me and my 2 friends adopted 3 of them. He cant afford them to stay in our houses.. We feed them, pet and play with them everyday in the neighborhood. They stay outside because our houses are not large enough. Mine, is a light ginger cat. I named him Nuka. My friend's cat is named Ratatouille ( I named him like this cause I know him from a little kitten before I met my friend ) and he is a black and white cat. My other friend is afraid of animals, but she really want a cat too. Im trying to make her dont be afraid of them. So.. Is this collar safe for cats in the neighborhood? Thanks!
