One more very useful tip- Make a to-do list for the next day the night before itself & visualize yourself doing it. The next day you'll do all those things automatically like you're on auto-pilot mode😄 This really helps👍🏻

I woke up everyday at 4:30 am and do Yoga, meditation and many other things.
Once it became noon I feel extremely lazy and feel sore all over my body even what I do😢.
You do so much of exercise start doing exercise less than you can see the results
Same bro I also wake up at 5:30 and get a cold shower, reading, meditation and others few things but I get sleepy after 8am
Do you get enough of sleep at night? I. Was like this before, and I asked a doctor, it turned out i used to go late to sleep, but i force myself to get up early, i feel good during the first few hours, but after 10-11am, I feel so tired and sleepy

People don’t properly define laziness before using the word. It doesn’t just mean people who don’t feel like doing stuff, it’s deeper than that. Lazy people won’t do things you tell then to do, so the solution is very different from just telling them to live a healthy lifestyle like what was said in this video

Yes i want to do a lot but i feel lazy. Maybe the reason why i feel lazy i have no enough sleep, and always eat instant noodle and less drinking water. I felt like weak, lazy, bored i want sitting all the time and laydown.

Obvious si baat hai tm raat ko mobile use krti hogi isliye itna Der ho jati hogi sone Mai so avoid using it!
