    One more very useful tip- Make a to-do list for the next day the night before itself & visualize yourself doing it. The next day you'll do all those things automatically like you're on auto-pilot mode😄 This really helps👍🏻

    I go gym in morning
    Never drinking coffe or tea in summer
    Taking sleep but not geeting freashness
    Alchohal ❌️
    But not drinking alot water

    I woke up everyday at 4:30 am and do Yoga, meditation and many other things.
    Once it became noon I feel extremely lazy and feel sore all over my body even what I do😢.

      Same bro I also wake up at 5:30 and get a cold shower, reading, meditation and others few things but I get sleepy after 8am

      Do you get enough of sleep at night? I. Was like this before, and I asked a doctor, it turned out i used to go late to sleep, but i force myself to get up early, i feel good during the first few hours, but after 10-11am, I feel so tired and sleepy

    1st 7to8 hrs sleep
    Not possible.. exams are on our head
    2nd medium intensity workout
    Heinn.... Normal walk to kr nhi paarhi m😅
    3rd drink more water
    Raat bhr pdne k plan h washroom jaane nhi😅
    Cutdown caffeine 😲
    Not possible.. caffeine is the thing that make me awake while studying
    4th avoid alcohol
    Already not consuming 😊
    5th meditate
    Ok np.... But m to baithe baithe hi so jaau😅😂
    Is that possible to be productive 😅😂

    People don’t properly define laziness before using the word. It doesn’t just mean people who don’t feel like doing stuff, it’s deeper than that. Lazy people won’t do things you tell then to do, so the solution is very different from just telling them to live a healthy lifestyle like what was said in this video

    Yes i want to do a lot but i feel lazy. Maybe the reason why i feel lazy i have no enough sleep, and always eat instant noodle and less drinking water. I felt like weak, lazy, bored i want sitting all the time and laydown.

      Ek din kam so aur us din pure din active raho & workout karo dekhna Raat ko proper time pr Neend aane lagegi , Aisa ek week tak kro time table theek ho jayega aur avoid using mobile at night . Obvious si baat hai tm raat ko mobile use krti hogi isliye itna Der ho jati hogi sone Mai so avoid using it!

    It was since last year when I cut coffee habit since then I’m so lazy. I lay whole day on the bed and just overthink. My grades are getting bad, my football performance goes super worse. No motivation remains in my life. My career is just end now. 😔

      Bro unhone sirf exercise karne ko nehi bola unhone exercise karne ko isiliye bola ki agar tum exercise karoge yah phir yoga karoge then you feel more energetic through out the day to do other works

      Or some vitamin B deficiency I am nutritionist so if you are not eating healthy perhaps that’s the reason but if you are eating right and still feeling lethargic go and check with your doctor

    The thing is id go out but u cant go out without my mum or dad. And im ill and my legs hurt and my dad said because i get everyone to do things for me mg legs are losing muscle. And getting weak so now im scared because i know someone that cant walk and i wanna go outside now but i have social anxiety . And im a minor so its not like i can just go somewhere no one else is
