Hey! I have the same beige bag and because of scuffing on the strap and cracking at the holes, I recently applied leather cream on it but it doesn't seem to help (if it doesn't already make it worse). Do you experience dryness of the strap too? Any tips on maintenance?

I have the same Fendi zucca tote but I see a few differences... mine has a metal FF zipper pull, the serial number is stamped like the hobo bg (not on a leather tag)... my front Fendi buckle also has the Fendi on the side as well as the Fendi made in italy under the buckle... could ours be from different years? I just got it authenticated by Postmark but I am trying to do my part too... any insight would be helpful thank you! The inside of my bag also has a darker fabric.

Does it matter where is located the fendi engraving in hardware? Mine has different side than your bags.. and I can see a lot of bags has on right side, but mine has on left side.

Hi. What if everything else is spot on, but it doesnt have the serial number like the one on your zucchino? Could it have been erased during cleaning process or a trip to the bag spa?
Hi, yes many authentic Fendi bags have erased serial numbers but sometimes you can see the remnants/embossing if you look closely. I cleaned one of my bags and accidentally scrubbed away the serial number. I was surprised how easily it came off.

Hello! Every forum I’ve read says that the serial number must be engraved on leather, and if it’s stamped on fabric it’s fake?
Hi, perhaps for newer models? Not all vintage models have the leather tab stitched to the bottom lining. :)

Hi, I suggest to look out for the Trusted and Expert Seller badges. If you buy on Vestiaire, the item is also sent to them first for authentication so less risk for you. :)

I inherited a Fendi bag from my mother that is at least 40 years old. It is entirely beaded (appears to be hand-beaded) in pink with multicolored designs all over. The strap and trim are pink snake skin. Has anyone ever seen a pink beaded Fendi bag? How can I authenticate it without spending a lot of money just to find out it's fake. My father, who made the purchase, believed it is authentic. thanks much!

Hi not all Fendi bags have holographic stickers especially the older ones. The bags shown here also don't have them. But yes you're right I had some bags with the holographic stickers. :)
