You can see on video 2 testpoints SDA and SCL, also need to conect GND

U can use, but need special commands. U need to know this command.
You can use bqEVSW with the plugin for bq30z55 firmware 0.36. And yes, you can simply clear the PF, you don't need to know commands., just from GUI.

No, CH341A is just a cheap USB to I2C adapter. Unsealing the chip requires secret authentication.
