How to Assemble the REP GHD:
Step 1.) Assemble main base tube and rear foot with rear upright (1:24)
Step 2.) Install front foot (2:51)
Step 3.) Install front upright (ensure correct orientation) (3:36)
Step 4.) Install footstep crossmember (ensure correct orientation) (5:01)
Step 5.) Install top crossmember (7:20)
Step 6.) Install distance adjuster and guide rods (ensure correct orientation) (9:12)
Step 7.) Install height adjuster and spring pin/knob (11:03)
Step 8.) Install foot plate (11:27)
Step 9.) Install hip support frame (12:30)
Step 10.) Tighten all hardware (bottom to top) (14:24)

What sized bolts are used to bolt down the hip pads? I heard you say the head is size 14, but I didn't catch the bolt size.

Hi Rep, “Dan the man” said be careful not to over-tighten anything. How do i determine this? I have a torque wrench or do you have a general rule of thumb?
