- I bought this van through a contact of mine. it had been off the road all through lockdown. I agreed to buy it without seeing it or knowing any details... i didnt even know if it would start!
Think i got lucky on this one!

None at the moment mate.
Getting hard to get decent vans at a good price at the moment. I've ended up with lots of cars recently instead (hate selling cars! - completely different type of buyer!)

95,000 miles.. that’s great for a van of that age. I picked up a Trafic recently with over 233,000 miles on it 😆 doing repairs on it now trying to get it running a bit smoother.
I knew I had stuck lucky with this one. I bought it blind. Non runner, no mot, etc.
Couldn't believe it when I actually saw the thing! Lol.
Buying a 08 plate transit blind today, non runner... wonder what that one will be like! Lol

The one I got is a 2008 too. The lad wanted £1200 for it with no MOT. I managed to get him down to £750 because I knew it would need work - and it did! 😆

Trafics, etc have always held good money... even with blown engines etc.
Same with the vw vans... even before covid it was hard to find them cheap enough to make a profit on.

I had no idea before I started looking into it but as they say, you gotta spend money to make money!
