      @p.s.shnabel3409 7 месяцев назад +3

@@skathwoelya2935 Mind you, I have no formal education in this field, but here is what I've observed: women are *highly* competitive. It cannot be overstated how much that is the case ... only it looks so different from how men do it that it looks like scientists haven't caught on.
      1. Women are territorial: both at home and in spaces they occupy regularly. There will be hard rules and/or clear signs of her presence (markers). Think of the office space that is decorated with pictures/flowers etc. While men will place markers as well, theirs tend to be less numerous/ostentatious.
You'll also hear things like "we don't do that here" or "you need to take off your shoes/put out the cigarette etc". Another example: your female coworker who happens to sit closest to the printer, she might consider the printer to be "hers" and you can get into all kinds of hot water if you fiddle with it without her permission.
Typically, ignoring these markers/rules won't lead to physical violence. However, the woman in question will become agitated, passive-aggressive, uncooperative, hostile.
(And I also think that people can be considered "territory" in some instances as well).
      2. Women are competitive: whether they compete for attention, affection or resources, women have a clear idea what they want and need and deploy strategies to get it. Again, this is typically done without violence. Rather, subtle manipulation and/or bargaining. Dress a certain way, behave a certain way to attract or discourage male attention. Do little favors and eventually cash in on them by profiting in a bigger way (e.g. be a little bit early for your shift so your co-worker can have that cigarette break they so desperately want).
      - - -
And since women aren't a monolith, their goals don't necessarily align. When they (i.e. goals) do, alliances are common and tend to work well. But they fall apart if the women in that group have to compete for resources or are encroaching on another's territory.
Since women tend to be so good at social strategies, that's all people tend to see. The willingness to compromise, the ability to smooth things over, the (often just superficial) agreeableness ... yeah, that's just a facade. Behind it, women are tough, hard and ruthless. And if an alliance isn't in their best interest, you won't get them to play along with it.
Oh, and yes, I am a woman. And no, I don't hate women, I just see us for what we really are and I find it frankly ludicrous that we're all supposed to pretend we're not extremely capable and dangerous. Only not physically, that we are not.

Women could be in terrible pain, have very heavy periods, and either have children already or know that they never wanted children. Didn't matter. It was always "no, you might regret it later." Now they'll yank a uterus out of a 19 year old girl in a hot minute, so long as it was recommended by a doctor and/or therapist, whose professional organizations have decreed that 100% affirmation is the only option. I don’t think transgenderism is ultimately about feeling like a man when you’re a woman or vice versa. For a very small number of almost exclusively males, there can be a strong sense of identification with girls and women rather than boys and men, but these are not the people who are transitioning for the most part. I think that, for most people, it’s about extreme discomfort with and disconnection from not only oneself, but everyone else. They have been told “you feel this way because you were born in the wrong body”, and so that’s where they focus their energy and attention. They’re highly suggestible. As far as why they are so dissociated from themselves, I think that’s a result of being rejected, unconsciously, by their mothers. Our connection to our mothers is where our connection to ourselves begins. A rejection by the mother, either from birth or during puberty/adolescence, can cause a child to lose their connection to themselves or to never develop one. It has always been incredibly common for mothers to subtly reject their daughters when they begin to go through puberty. Their daughter goes from being a cute little dolly that the mother has total control over to a threat to the mother, and even competition. The rejection is not overt, and neither the mother nor daughter can verbalize what is happening, but the girl just feels different. She feels lost. In the past, 11-15 year old girls had female friends and male peers to turn to for acceptance, attention, and validation during this time, but because of the internet and how antisocial it has lead people to become, few girls have this now. So they look to the internet and the internet is eager to tell them they feel this way because they’re trans. Because the rejection by the mother is specifically related to the girl becoming a woman, it makes a lot of sense that she may determine, unconsciously, that if she were a boy becoming a man, her mother would not be rejecting her. The types of mothers who reject their daughters during puberty would be very likely to develop more interest in their sons as they go through puberty. Because these mothers do not see their children as their children and as extensions of themselves, on a deep level, when their daughters become women, they become competition, and when their sons become men, they become potential providers. I know it sounds gross, and I’m not implying that these mothers are literally incestuous. It’s so much more about their perceptions. How they see their children in relation to themselves. It is not these mothers’ fault that they are the way they are. Their mothers saw them as competition too. This is an inevitable consequence of patriarchy, which turns mothers against their daughters, daughters against themselves, and then against their daughters when they have them. Human beings are pack animals, and we learn who we are through empathic mirroring of our pack members. If a mother sees her child as a potential threat/competitor, there is not much empathic mirroring happening, and children never develop a strong connection to themselves or others. Gender truly is a social construct that is also a product of patriarchy. We can’t really know what traits are intrinsically female vs male because humans have not lived in a natural way, not influenced/dominated by patriarchy in about 10,000 years. What we think of as stereotypically masculine and feminine behavior all comes from patriarchy, aside from maybe the generosity, compassion, and nurturing of women, because women have always been the ones ultimately responsible for caring for infants and small children. Because civilization was built around patriarchy, humanity cannot re establish the strong mother-daughter connection (which is the most important in existence) and remain civilized. Thats just the way it is. Civilization relies upon the oppression and subjugation of girls and women in order to survive.

All nucleated cells in the subsequent individual will have either XX or XY chromosomes this is unchangeable. Even individual XX or XY cells behave differently. So-called “intersex” includes a variety of disorders of sexual development all of which are very rare and specific to either XX or XY people. If she had been raised today we probably would have thought she was trans, she used to say she wanted to be a boy etc, we probably would have run with it and completely messed with who she is! She is now in her 30s and a perfectly happy lesbian woman. Children don’t understand the sexuality side of it, she used to think that because she liked girls that that meant she must have to be a boy. Children shouldn’t be given life choices like that, if they want to transition once they’re an adult then fair enough…

Where did she get the idea in the first place that she might be better off being a boy only because she has the ability to appreciate more how people from the same gender look which is only a normal stage of child development while not yet having reproductive urges. Reproductive urges which are designed to help us human beings choose one mate. A person who has artistic talent sometimes does not realize that it is natural to find the face of someone who could be their future marriage partner more attractive out of the many other people around you which for some people does not happen until later in life compared to others which is in the normal range when it comes to human behavior. Some people do not reach their full adult height until age 21 or so. It only stands to reason that they will have the advantage in this world which rewards people who have educated themselves better while waiting for marriage.

It's abusive to attempt to dictate speech to a person you just met. It's about power and control -- not being "nice." The way people interact in a culture is negotiated. That's something you're supposed to learn as a toddler. Also, real transexuals are horrified by this constant sh*tshow. They want to quietly blend in and pass as the opposite sex. What a great article. I had a conversation with two close friends about men in women’s and girls changing rooms. They were if the opinion that they were not a threat. Why? Because they “are” women. They would not concede that there are a proportion of men who are a threat and that proportion doesn’t change if they call themselves women. They in fact were happy to declare that this whole group of people were unable to be a threat. No whole group is immune from bad actors-not buddhists, not even women. This is indeed the great danger of using pronouns and believing that thinking something makes it so.

Re Travis "we don't have a legal precedent to set it [age limit on surgery] at 25 years old" at 39:40 - we do have a precedent of sort in sterilisation policy and procedures. Any woman who wants to get sterilised at 18, 25 or even 30+ will have an almost impossible battle. If you have had children you may succeed but if not, it is very unlikely. Vascetomy (while significantly less controlled by age than the female equivalent) is often legal from 18yo yet still few doctors will actually do it on an 18yo. Most public health systems in western countries have very clear age limit for sterilisation procedures (minimum ages) and publicly funded fertility treatments (maximum ages). So if we see gender transition through the lens of its impact on fertility, there are comparisons which give us some precedent for greater age control than the automatic age of adulthood. If a 32 year old childless woman can't access sterilisation then why should an 18 year old female who is trans-identified have unfettered access to sterilisation?

Society is inverting here. Civic society actually CAN tolerate differences and "aberrations" and abrogation of norms... given there is a sufficient stable, unmoving liberal core and infrastructure beneath it. The problem here is that culture is now taking these tiny, miniscule non-core, non-infrastructure issues and positing that they can be as ubiquitous as rain and as the norms they necessarily have to be stacked upon. They are in essence standing upon the shoulders of the broader project of normative society, with its more stable and easily palatable framework and then castigating it while occupying a place at its apex. This inability to recognize oneself as an EXTRA aesthetic to a lower-level and more stable civic society based on more ground-level norms and physics-based facts is truly "bonkers", as you say. You should not be able to both deify nature and abhor it, simultaneously. But of course "they" do.

9:40 That's the most frustrating part of this. The people who say gender and sex aren't the same thing use the two terms interchangeably all the time, which undermines any validity their argument might have.
The other thing I find baffling is that parents aren't allowed to protect their own kids from the life-long consequences of these unconscionable medical experiments. Nobody likes their own body when they're going through puberty. Getting through that is a key part of figuring out who you are and becoming a healthy, well adjusted adult. We need to support kids when they need it, but we also need to give them the time and space to work it out for themselves.
In my teens, I tried on all kinds of identities. My idea of who I was changed practically every week, and every time, I was sure I had found my "true" self. I'm able to laugh at old photos of myself today because, thankfully, none of those identities became permanent through hormones or body modification. Even if I had to live with nothing but the music I liked at 12 or 13, it would be terrible.
When I was a kid, my mom made the rules and I had to follow them. She told me when it was bedtime, and I just had to accept it. If she had let me decide when to go to bed and when to wake up, I would have never gotten up in time for school and she would have been criminally neglectful. She was the adult; she knew better than me that what I wanted in the moment was not necessarily the best thing for me, long term.
But now, if a kid says they're trans, the parents have no choice but to get them into the gender affirmation industrial complex, on the path to hormones, blockers, and irreversible, destructive body modification surgery with the goal of making them look a bit more like the opposite sex. But no surgery, no matter how good it is, will never succeed in making a male body into a fully functioning, normal female body or vice versa. A person born as a boy will never become a fully functioning, healthy woman, able to become pregnant, carry a baby to term and give birth. Nor will and a girl ever fully become a man, with the ability to inseminate a woman. Anyone who says anything different is either delusional or lying. Sex is not a social construct, it's biology. Claiming that there are no differences between men and women is harmful to everyone. You can mutilate bodies all you want, but no amount of surgery will ever make it possible to change a person's sex.
Thankfully, I never questioned whether or not I was a boy. But I was five years old, in kindergarten, the first time I had any inkling that I was different from the other boys. It was long before I knew what "sex" meant, or what being "gay" meant, or even that there was such a thing as being gay. I didn't come to accept it until I was 16, and it still took me into my late 20s to get over the shame and fully embrace being gay to the point where I wouldn't wish to be straight if I could today. Struggling with acceptance of myself all those years me all the more sure of who I am today. It was miserable, but I wouldn't want to change anything about my experience growing up.
I would never tell anyone that they are wrong about their own identity, but the adults and doctors who do these horrific things to kids should be in prison.

He & Newsom both thought it was really fair to force women to endure a trans guy doing medical things to us, & hospital staff are fired if they don't go along with Trans BS. I have not gotten one response from media or WH about 1% do not own 52% & give us our rights back.

I remember that tragic story of the Reimer twins, the John/Joan case, and their helpless parents, who were told, ' never reveal the truth to her identity, keep it a secret? Born in 1965 as Bruce Reimer,he received,at 22 months, an orchiectomy, to remove both of his testes and a vulva constructed and given the name,'Brenda'. The rest is history. Bruce, aka as David, felt he was always a boy as a teenager and repeatedly told his father, and the experiment stopped. A botched failure that was masqueraded as success by Money himself. This was one of the most unbelievable stories I have ever come across and yet many today, including parents, still argue for re-assignment surgery on children. For me, at least age 20 to even consider. Children should not be allowed to make adult life changing decisions. Thanks, Andrew and Travis, for raising awareness.

Money was looking for two boys to experiment on his fetish belief on sex/gender. His claim, nurture vs nature failed and this was the grass roots of the ideology. Children need to be protected not coerced/affirmed until,I think 20 yrs of age, when they can comprehend what it entails to change sex and the irreversible damage it may cause.I also support someone who chooses to go down that path at the appropriate age even though I prefer they didn't.

Why topic gender? It affects our families today. Our children. It affects poor or Incarcerated women. Food and used clothing for homeless women in Hamburg sometimes go to transvestite men. It was not an issue for most persons in the West, when I was young it was not a thing, boys went to the boys room and not the girls room. Men did not box women. In Germany, in a number of public schools boys may go into the girls bathrooms, meaning be secluded with a girl. Some day care places in Germany (one in Hamburg) funded by the government encourage toddlers to kindergarten age kids to play doctor, touch each others genitals, m*sterbate and so on. I would have never thought of such a things being encouraged in daycare, but in Germany some day cares have been doing so and taxpayers are to pay for it.

Yes. It is all about money. For example when a college being led by the over ambitious who want their commuinity college to get promoted to university status sets up a career offfice where administrators there are in the habit of asking some students if they are gay while at the same time offering them 'special' for them grants. Only because for example they worked in a non-traditional paid gender role while not wanting to check off Miss or Mrs. or Ms. Something which can spark such a sized up white supremacist style controversy which includes more than one conspiracy theory to go along with the icky offers of 'compassion' with the string attached of having to change your basic identity too. Then that college can apply for more federal transfer payments for getting to offer fake compassion while being racist both at the same time. The conspiracty theories anyone who is in a life transition has to cope with now who has ever experienced 5 minutes of fame in this world for awhile is so annoying and frightening on the street too. A lot of high school students who are creative in nature are experiencing signs and symptoms of agoraphobia as result when only for example their parents are going through a divorce and so they are in a life transition as result. A lot of young people now complain they have no privacy anymore. At least they have the right to be aware of that in todays world. Unlike what us baby boomers had to go through anytime we did not obtain approval from both sets of parents first before starting to date someone when past the age of 16.

Watch Peter Boghossian's interview of Erin Friday. I was shocked by how callous he seemed to be about what age to allow surgery. It seemed like his empathy for people shuts off cold on their 18th birthday. Erin told about the anguish of parents as their children eagerly count down the days to their 18th birthday, then watch helplessly as they go through with it. He was unmoved. He said, sternly, you need to take personal responsibility sometime. (Meaning the kid, that is.) No matter what arguments she gave -- including that we have lots of different rules for different ages -- he kept repeating that we have one single universal age for everything. Even though obviously we don't.
    It was bizarre.
He said that if this universal age should changed, then we should just go with that age. But meantime it was unrealistic to think about it. She said, in a friendly way, well, I'll try again to persuade you. He responded as though he wasn't really listening, and he moved on to something else.

Just started watching. It's a good discussion - thank you both.
Having autism and having suffered greatly entering puberty, therapy isn't necessarily going to help, particularly as so few therapists are actually qualified to work with autistic people.
Sometimes you have to accept there is no solution, except perhaps time, and learning to accept something you dislike. Life is not fair, and often it's extremely painful. Better for parents to be realistic about this and truthful with their kids, than pandering to a dilusion. If the kid genuinely has gender dysphoria in addition to autism, better they deal with it in their early twenties when physically and mentally mature. At that age the shock of puberty has passed, and the decision is based on rational thought over several years than short term panic.
I would have done anything to stop puberty, and I pleaded for a hysterectomy in my teens. If I was a kid today I'd have identified as trans in a heartbeat in order to stop puberty. Not to be a man, but to stop the agony of becoming a woman. I was extremely uncomfortable with the social changes and attention from men, plus the pain from periods. I would have mistakenly thought a short term fix would be the answer to my problems, allowing me to keep being a child, not understanding the massive additional problems that would result from being an abnormally childlike adult. Of course this would have been far worse socially than being a normal, nothing unusual to see here woman.
I was always a tomboy but I never wanted to be an actual boy. I loved my athletic body and all of my sports. All I really wanted were the obvious privileges boys had in those days. I mean who wants to stay inside and help their granny with housework(!) when the boys could go outside and play? I hated home economics and resented being forced to study it at school, rather than woodwork or extra sports which were the boy's options, which I would have enjoyed.
Luckily my mother told me stopping puberty was impossible. That's it. No discussion. I never wanted kids and indeed never had kids, but irrespective if I had been able to have a hysterectomy or these days become trans, it would have been a total disaster and completely wrong for me. I really enjoyed being a woman and what that entails and after menopause I still do, even though for me being a woman never involved make up, having nails done etc.
I'm very sad for those autistic kids who are given the option to be trans, and in so doing make a massive mistake, losing their fertility and potentially a whole host of lifelong medical problems, not to mention worse social problems.

I agree with Andrew, that at a certain age, people can choose to alter their bodies surgically. I don’t agree that people on group insurance or a public healthcare option should have these surgeries paid for completely or partially. Surgeons are scheduling 20+ different surgeries in 6 months for some of their patients. It is obscene. Plastic surgery is private pay in the US. I don’t know about other countries with a public health system. There is no way the taxpayer or the people who pay premiums for health insurance should have to pay for this stuff.

I want to take this opportunity to share the best definition I have heard for woman. It was by a gay man (gay man of the year even) on street epistemology on Peter Borghosian’s channel (sorry if misspelled). Anyway….
WOMAN is the word that humanizes human females and distinguishes them from other females in nature such as a female dog.
The definition of female is also pretty simple. It is the member of the species whose reproductive strategy is to create large gametes. In many species, reproduction can only occur when a large gamete and a small gamete join. Sex is binary because there are only two possible gametes.

We need much stronger scrutiny on doctors and what surgeries they’re performing for people under this banner of them wanting it. It’s easy to say that a man should be able to cut his testicles off and invert his penis if he wants to, because we live in a messed up zeitgeist, but so many people recognise this as barbaric nonsense when it’s someone wanting their legs cut off because they feel they should have been born with them, or intentionally blinding someone because they feel they should have been born blind. Thank you for publising this video. I wish more people had the courage to push against the bullies like the people on the above video. Now I feel safe enough to not feel afraid whenever someone says the word transitioning in any context while being classified among the DSD now only because I haven't gone back to any of my exes or coupled up with someone else according to the expected elite discourse time schedule prescribed concerning that sort of thing for so many of us when being percieved as still young enough to copulate in order to make it easier for them to pay the rent, have a better chance of being hired in a good job, etc.I was told by a woman who was a lot younger than me that time schedule is 3 years to find another one or go back. Go back or else. There are so many other kinds of abuse which supports what I call malignant sexism which in its worst form demands that someone be so controlled from birth to death from fashion to how they must look from head to toe during work, school and play too and so in the most extreme form a child cannot even have on their mother's ultrasound and/or at birth an anomoly which according to them means they would not be the perfect looking enough scapegoat for an arranged marriage. The worst form of that is not circumsision of male infants because sometimes that medical proceedure does have to be done for legitiagmate medical reasons for a normal child. The worst forn of gender surgery next to offering surgery which is not necessary for physical health is called female circumsision which is a kind of punishment ahead of time for being a female human being. Another kind of sexism is psychological abuse too. For example threatening that if anyone in the family ever seeks advice from a lawyer about a failing marriage then they will become their mortal enemy while knowing so much about how to win that battle. Judith Butler sounds like the worst example of psychological sexist abuse. Another example which borders on being psychological sexist abuse is when a whole community shames another community for their dance traditions and for their body language too which looks different than theirs. As if they need to be supervised during recreation and play always for being inferior according to them.
