- This week is the fourth in our series on the channel which we're currently calling From Mom to Armed Mom. Kayla, who works for our friends at the Buffalo Cartridge Company, is a beginner when it comes to firearms. She is interested in learning to shoot and eventually looking towards every day carry. This week she completed her visit to the Buffalo Trading Company, where she is looking to purchase her first firearm. She tries out on the shooting range some of the firearms she looked at in last week's video before making her purchasing decision.
Thanks for watching. New videos post every Thursday!
FIREARMS SHOWN
9mm Luger Smith & Wesson Equalizer
9mm Luger Walther PDP F Series
9mm Luger Shadow Systems CR920
9mm Luger Sig Sauer P365-XL
Excellent Video!!!
Top notch instructor. I really like that the instructor pointed out that low and left is not always trigger pull.
I have had firearms that I could not keep a good grip on and would hit low and left. The student also kept a level head, listened and answered questions very well. This tells me the student received very good instruction prior to going to the range.
Outstanding!!!
Thanks for the kind remarks! Kayla has been like a duck to water during this process and seems to truly enjoying shooting, which......makes it easy for me. Again, thank you and stay safe out there.
Great video! Awesome instructor and a new shooter who listens is great to see. I am extremely impressed by her shots on target for 2 sessions at the range!
She has been very easy to coach!! Super smart and totally tuned in. Thanks for watching and I hope you continue to enjoy her progress.
Two words, Excellent instructor.
Excellent instructor and a great student. She is really trying to learn more. Great video.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Kayla has been a remarkable student so far and I have no doubt that she will inspire more and more moms to become armed citizens.
Great video and spot on. Several years ago my wife purchased her first handgun. She was convinced she wanted a small micro single stack 9mm. I told her she wouldn't like it because of the recoil. I pleaded with her to try some of my different handguns first. She got it anyways and guess what , she hated shooting it. On her next birthday i bought her a larger double stack 9mm. She found it much more enjoyable to shoot and operate. This was a great video for anyone to watch who is wanting to purchase their first handgun.
I made some mistakes early on getting m first handgun. Bought a Ez shield .380. Then Xmacro comp to Shield Plus 3.1. Got my conceal carry with them, here in NJ won must past the test with each gun. I had to practice very hard to be able to shoot accurately and control these small gun. After a yr. Bought S&W Shield Plus PC. 4”. which has become my edc. No matter what I wear from loose clothing to formal still able conceal comfortably. My shooting accuracy and timing improved significantly. Started this yr. Doing drills with my new M&P 2.0 /4.25 “ hopefully it will become my edc.
Another great video!! Excellent information and on point analysis, thanks!!!
Look at her, nice shot stay safe .
When I got my first gun I bought three different ones then went back a month later got four more then got into rifles now I gave 50 cals and 338s 556s 6.5 cm 2 ten mil pistols that just mine not hubby’s
She's a hell of a shot.
For got to ask what brand holster you are using in this drill. It seems like a range holster. I’m looking for one for my M&P 2.0 full-size wilts optic cut. Appreciate the info , thanks.
It is a competition style from Black Scorpion. Fits the Rival very well even with that huge optic on it. Thanks for viewing!!
🇦🇺😎👍Nice

I hope she never has to use it, but if she does it will not be a good day for the bad guy.
