Hi, your comparison tool isn't working for me. I selected four Oral B brushes, clicked compare, the next screen tells me I have no selections. I've tried with just two brushes--same. I'm using Safari on a LapMac.
I'm in the market to get a new toothbrush on Prime Day but not really sure if I want to spend >$200 on the later iO models. I currently have a discontinued brand electric toothbrush that features different brushing modes on a 2-minute timer - my biggest gripe is the lack of a "pause" feature - it either a) slings toothpaste everywhere if I remove it from my mouth to spit or b) restarts the timer if I turn it off to spit. I think I read that the later iO models offer a 30-second pause feature, so I have been looking at those models. Curious to know if any of the others in this video offer a pause?
Sorry for the delay in reply. Most electric toothbrushes will allow you to pause and then restart the brushing session within about 30 seconds, without resetting the timer.
the io 10 was a game changer for me other brushes like the pro simply wont clean(depends on the person?). plaque and tartar are completely gone. i do use the intensive mode though.
Your UK comparison tool doesn't work. It always shows comparison among 4 different products which cannot be removed from comparison tool, and new ones aren't shown either.
I am sorry you are having issues with our comparison tool. I've just tried it and it seems to be working fine. No other complaints at this time. Happy to look into this further if you can provide more information. Mobile or desktop computer? OS? Browser? What 4 products are you seeing etc? Are there any Oral-B toothbrush options that don't have the disgusting mold problems the Oral-B brush heads have become known for? I like that the new iO series toothbrushes are much quieter now, but the new brush heads they use seem to have made the mold problems even worse?

the mold issues are also a big concern for me - I can't understand why this design flaw hasn't been fixed

We find the mold problem less of an issue in non-iO models. But I am assuming from your comment, you find the issue here too.
