      I have a request🤗
“A different kind of human” live at NRK P3 radio festival
"I really wanted to make a song to help people cope with death and to cope with losing people they love. That's why I wrote this song. I think it was my mum, who said to me when I was young, that it's always the good people that die and that the best people were just too good for the world.” AURORA
This performance is especially sad because her backup vocalist Silja Sol had just lost her mom🥺❤️

Great song and performance from Aurora. And yes she talk about important things but do it in so poetic and beautiful way. Her music is emotional and magical. The whole Nidarosdomen concert is incredible and I love her whole discography. And I agree she take your attention or mesmerize you.
She is also very passionate about things she care like music, nature, empathy, emotions etc. She love to make art and new things like: making music, paint something etc. But I think she dont like to rehearse or prepare too much to performances as it is like repeating not creative work. But I guess for this one she probably rehearsed as it was bigger venue with additional participants like choir and orchestra. On the other hand she is very creative and I like she has often more then one beautiful versions of her songs :).

    👍😍😍
    Lovely reaction as always 🤗
Yeah, the last song was Little Boy in the Grass, which was about the awful Utøya massacre 🥺
This song is also about loosing someone, and it was her third single released in December 1014💕
The press release for the single read:
"It's about us. About the people we've lost through time, and how we handle that loss. The guilt of still being alive when they are not, and the hope that they might only be sleeping, maybe still dreaming, under the stars."
About Aurora being remembered: Did you know that she writes a song for each decade, and when she’s gone the songs will be released as an album❤️
    She’s truly unique 🥰
Looking forward to the next one😍😍

She creates such amazing poetry, this song describes perfectly the grieving process. The line "Knuckles move under your skin, He wraps his heart and drags them in, And they move it all around, Until we cry" describes the feeling we have when we first grieve beautifully. And the final stanza "Rest in peace and give yourself to harmony Give yourself to harmony Underneath the stars" reminds us to seek peace and not let our memories destroy us. I love how she weaves a story using natural imagery in her songs, from colors and sounds to rivers, oceans, and trees.

I would like to thank you two for helping Aurora! Helping her spread her uniqnes, music, and everything else! It is important, everything matters!
In her song Daydreamer (fantastic version at the Haik consert) this is in the lyrics:
    "I know I'm just a girl
    But can I change lives?
If I am nothing, if I am trying, I think I can"
I think she have a gift. I don't know what it is, but one thing is for sure: Aurora HAVE changed a lot of lives!
She has changed me, not in a monumental way, but I have talked to warriors that say that she has helped them in a huge way.

Great reaction to my fav. Everyone loves Lucky and Through the Eyes of a Child at this concert, but for me this song and Soft Universe are my high up favorites songs (there are so many favorites) and performances at this venue. She definitely does write about dark subjects, her songs shed light on dark matters. She is the best and I think (IMO), she is her generations David Bowie, so very unique among a sea of cookie cutter artist.

Yes, 'Under Stars' is one of the most beautifully arranged songs at this concert. The strings and chorus add so very much to the dynamics of the choruses. Then, there is Silja's soaring high parts ... thrilling!

Good on you for introducing Aurora to your brother! I agree with you that she's going to be remembered for a long, long time. Even though she's not HUGE (at least not yet), she is so gifted a songwriter, vocalist and performer, and as you said, she has already separated herself from everyone else, her music and her videos are going to live on indefinitely. I think she's already an all-time great, and she's only 27.
This song has always been a passionate one for her to perform live. Some of my favorite Aurora live performances are of her performing this song. Her Glastonbury performance, in particular, is like a spiritual experience. If you thought she was intense in this Nidarosdomen version, you really, really need to check out the Glastonbury version, even if on your own time: ruclips.net/video/XW2VMwuzPxE/видео.html

Thankfully you don't have to worry about copyright w this concert!
It was filmed and broadcast by NRK (Norsk Rikskringkasting)....which is basically Norway's version of NPR.
As such, it's all public non-monetized content....and quite open for use, especially in the context of reaction/commentary. It's nice to not have to worry about the censorship police all the time, huh? >_

@@RNTV that's lame. 😕 It's super frustrating how RUclips treats creators and users lately. So many channels I follow will get demonetized for something that absolutely does not violate anything or is definitely fair use. Heck, 1/3 of my comments get deleted despite the fact I only post positive affirming good vibes and don't violate any of YT's rules. It's like being gaslighted. 😒

she said something about what the song is about but the way I interpreted the song was about the experience with death. She repeats "they have only fallen asleep" as a coping mechanism. after the repetition she sings
    "I've seen it many times
Each time they close their eyes, say goodbye
Rest in peace and give yourself to harmony"
accepting that the persons have passed because she's seen many other people pass and now we're all under the stars as they watch us from above. Giving yourself to harmony as in finding peace with oneself and learning how to heal and move forward
Rest in peace my gaming friend from depression
my ginger cat from a disease
my blue little parakeet of old age
and recently my kind loving dad

It’s hard for me to believe that she wrote this masterpiece of a song at the age of 17/18,but even more incredible writing Lucky aged 9 Runaway aged 12,running with the wolves aged 18, Secret Garden aged 10 after reading a book about a secret garden and later being asked to perform the theme song for the movie Secret Garden only telling the producers that she already had a song that she wrote as a child and after hearing it they used her song as the theme to the film which for me is incredible ,yes I’m a fan and could go on forever writing about how special an artist she is but the truth is she’s so much more than special she’s a Genius head and shoulders above anyone else her love of music just shines through in every performance as she delivers a amazing theatrical experience for everyone watching she’s simply the essence of what the true art form of music should be all about, honestly when I watch the mainstream media driven rubbish that churn out all the same lyrics and cliches that you’ve heard hundreds of times before I feel so blessed to have this wonderful humble human being with her words of poetry her healing words of medicine in my life.❤️

Great reaction from you two as always! Norway has many brilliant artists beside Aurora and Angelina Jordan and I suggest you take a look at Leo Moracchioli (pronounced morakioli). I saw you reacted to Blackpink "How you like that" recently, and Leos metal cover of that song is absolutely brilliant. He sings and plays all instruments himself, is a brilliant musician and very, very funny. He is a worldwide phenomenon, has 4,7 m subscribers and 400 videos out there.
