I grew up in a council estate full of drugs and got caught up badly myself,i managed to get out of that lifestyle but have friends who was not so fortunate, i fully understand this situation and its tragic for the people involved and the the people close to them,the situation is so complex for outsiders its hard to understand and i also get that. The solution i really do not have the answers its just hard to see 😔

As much as i do sympthise with people who become addicted, i grew up on a council estate where there were problems with drugs in younger people was there from teenage years, and alot of the kids who ended up on that path had social problems from family and that. I bothered with alot of the kids i grew up with and got offered drugs numerous times, each time said no and didnt end up on that path, were as the other kids ended up on harder drugs and ended up in that same cycle as the elder people
Crack has been a issue for years. About 2 generations affected. Crack coke same thing. But a bigger issue is the heroin. Ive seen a woman grow up addicted to heroin, her kids grew up and got addicted to it. And next their kids grew addicted to it. Thats 3 generations
I see the crack epidemic spreading across my own county and my wee town especially among our younger people it’s not cool man . I’m fortunate I got my self into recovery and although I had bash at the crack it wasn’t really my thing I’ve watched it destroy multiple people and their lives please keep well away from it .

I honestly don't understand why folk keep buying it because all it does is put you on edge and who in their right mind wants to pay for that kind of feeling?. So then users buy a bag of heroin to bring themselves out of that feeling of paranoia which they had paid for in the first place it's complete madness that they repeat on a daily basis.

Those boys need housing and some work / prospects, light at the end of the tunnel. They're just young and lost, I know from personal experience that decades could swallow them up if they're not provided with help and hope.
