Benton hardly pronounces anything anymore. He said on an interview he needed his tonsils out or something right before the tour for Legion and it fucked his voice permanently so he can only do low growls. But still, he could enunciate more.

I have seen them a couple times live. This is killer. Still kicking ass after all these years. I love the new guitarist. Glenn is absolutely possessed and still delivering pure evil. Steve is on fire on drums. The whole band is tighter than a nail.

Deicide is an awesome band for always keeping their sound 'trade marked.' By that I mean even after all of these years and w/ thousands of death metal bands in the world, they STILL sound distinctive, yet without every album sounding exactly the same. That's a VERY difficult balance for any band to maintain after so many years!

They really do sound killer!! "In Hell I Burn" was nothing short of impressive as F#CK!!! There are a lot of tightly wound, sneaky little tricky riffs in the middle of that song and they not only held it all together, but they NAILED IT!!!! AWESOME!!

For the Legion tour when I was 17 in Montreal I met all of them. Demolition Hammer for Epidemic of Violence and Cancer for Death Shall Rise opened. I showed them my trifixion tattoo.
