I adore seeing other people's style reflected in their homes. Your home should be your sanctuary. Some people don't get that, they feel they must follow the masses. Follow your heart and vision.
New Year's eve day. It's snowing outside with a fire inside (gee...I only have 1 fireplace, but it's a 125 year old casita and the fireplace is actually made out of petrified wood, so I don't feel bad...). I just put a loaf of sourdough bread into the oven and sat down to watch a video. YAY!!!! My favorite channel, @Quintessence posted a video. My life is wonderful. Yeah, the sparkly boots are great, but Susanna's jacket is AH-MAZ-ING!!! I love it. It's so beautiful and elegant. Thank you for another wonderful tour.
@@quintessenceblg I always enjoy your videos. You both make my heart sparkle like those boots. Happy New Years to you both also and I'm looking forward to what you have planned for us next year. ❤
My take is that even if it's not to my taste, there's usually something that will spark my interest, give me an idea. I wouldn't buy that specific blue chair but the colour is fabulous and I will never forget it, and that is why I love these videos. There are very few decors that I'll refuse to watch and they are usually grey and minimalist. This one had me saying omg no! and laughing in equal measure. Good for her! Not everyone needs to love English country as much as I do 😄 Happy New Year to everyone 🎉
@@quintessenceblg thank you for making them for us to appreciate, and to learn from. And when the hosts love their homes and are so enthusiastic about them, what's not to enjoy? It must have worked subconsciously because I've been rearranging my art and am finally framing art (a blue frame!) bought on favourite trips. So, thank you! 😊
Hello Susanna! What a marvellous home, so inspiring...! Thank you so much for this amazing year in your company! I will see you in 2023!!! Great year for all team!
I love all your tours and enthusiasm but truly your fashion style is also a reason I love your channel. So unique and truly you! The sweater you wore in this episode was beautiful. You helped me get through covid and actually were the first channel I discovered on RUclips. Thank you!
Yayyy! New Episode. Been a while. Beautiful place. The high ceilings and the crown moldings are a Gasp❤️. Her style, not my cup of tea,but it’s her tea,so,good for her❤️

Not my jam, but looking at Fawn's portfolio, I can see the touches that make people want to hire her. She definitely has fun with color and textures which I appreciate. Thanks for sharing!
This house is amazing. So much potential. Built in 1810. I would have made the interior decoration with class and style.. I can see the fun in this project in a "border line way". But to quote Project Runway "I seriously question the taste level".. And Ikea kitchen might seem like a good idea due to low cost..but you get what you pay for...
I LOVE this townhouse, it's unique, eclectic and interesting. Thank you so much, Fawn, for showing it to us, and thank you Stacey and Susanna. I also love the little jacket you're wearing in this video Susanna, it's very pretty. Happy New Year everyone!!! Sending lots of love from Dublin, Ireland.💖🇮🇪
@@susannasalk7153 I have the same jacket. Purchase in the early 1980s. I haven't worn it in years but for some reason I could never let it go. ( it also came in black and light tan.)
Love the architectural details! Those high ceilings and crown moldings were insane! 😮😍🥰 There are definitely surprise moments... and it’s wonderful she garners such joy from the unexpected.
Wow. The architectural details of this home are amazing! I would love to pick something out of the sparkly section of her closet to wear at a New Year's Eve party at her home! NOW that would be a perfect way to ring in the New Year! Happy New Year's ladies! Thank you for another great video!

Wish we could have seen more of that back yard. From the few moments toward the end, it looked fabulous! There probably wasn't time since there was so much to see inside. Thanks Susanna!
It‘s great to see you guys back! And visiting such a gorgeous house. That moulding is out of this world! I thought mine was brilliant, but hers takes moulding to a whole new level of awesome!! 😮
Interesting and colourful home. By the comments, most people have gotten into grey, black and white or beige homes of late. It is nice to see someone who is not afraid of colour. It is a home that makes her and her family happy. Loved her boots too. Welcome back to videos. Happy New Year to you and your family. Can’t wait to see what videos are coming in 2023.

"I wanted a stone that was almost in bad taste." I was howling. Especially because it was all so beautiful. I don't mind snakes, but there were too many above the fireplace. That wallpaper in going up the stairs was just dreamy. And don't even get me started on the sparkly boots! What a fun tour.
