My name is Nikki Blackketter! I live in Los Angeles, California currently, I moved here from Texas! I am a short human, a cat lover, and a total kid at heart. I make vlogs, try-on hauls, workouts etc that are mostly about fitness & weight lifting workouts and adventures with my roommate, friends, boyfriend, family, and cat / feline companion. Oh my god, I am 3 weeks post op from my BA, and I understand your pain soooo well!! You look like you are doing much better than I was a few days post op. You have lots of great helpers! So lucky. I would not have felt like filming in my post op state. This will be so much help to ladies thinking about getting a B.A (I know that's not exactly what you got, but the recovery looks similar) You are helping ladies more than you know! Thanks so much for your honesty, and a look into your private recovery!

It's definitely a challenge!! But glad I can share that one breast augmentation isn't always exactly just that--Complications are always possible, no matter how active and healthy you may be 🙏🏼 hope the rest of your recovery goes smoothly!!!

Spoon full of peanut butter takes the hiccups away. Take it easy. My doctor told me to use T-Rex arms after my surgery, which was 11-12-12. Took me 6 full weeks to recover. Happy & Healthy recovery vibes your way.

nikki here's a good truck to get rid of hiccups. drink warm water or tea. the warmth will help relax the diaphragm. it's been tried and true. hope you heal fast!

This is so interesting to me!! I can't believe how different people's recoveries are. I had such an easy time and I do not remember feeling this drugged up, but in Canada they don't prescribe the same stuff as the US. Anyways you are such a trooper! I got my surgery on November 7th so I am a few weeks ahead of you :) congrats!

Try this next time you have the hiccups: ask yourself what you had for lunch yesterday. If you know the answer quickly, ask what you had for lunch two days ago? Breakfast yesterday? Just keep thinking about those answers and it always cures mine and it's cured everyone else's when I tell them that trick! For some reason thinking causes the hiccups to stop. Something to do with the different airways. I just know it works :) I hope you start feeling better soon! You'll always be my favorite RUclipsr :)

This is what works for me when when I have the hiccups. Slowly breathe out all of the air in your lungs, then slowly breathe back in. Hiccups are literally a hiccup in your breathing pattern. Releasing all the air and bringing it back slowly "resets" your breathing pattern. :)

Are you still having the hiccups? if so, then eat a spoonful of sugar and then down a glass of water and then hold your breath for a minute or so if you can. Maybe it works to pick just one or two of those, but I just do all of them to be on the safe side and it works every time! Greetings from the Faroe Islands!

I go to the gym 6-7 days a week and also am recovering from surgery.. it is torture! How do you do it I want to go back already but still have to wait three weeks :(:( What are you planning to do to stay busy because I am dying and it has been less than a week lol

I'm fairly new to your channel so I'm not sure if you have an older video about your initial breast augmentation but I was wondering if you could shed some light on the recovery process? I'm highly thinking about having it done next year, however I work out 5-6 days a week and I'm just worried about all the time missed in the gym that will come from the recovery. Thank you for all the advice and awesome videos :)
If you're hesitant about getting them done because you're worried about missing a few weeks in the gym then I would say don't do it because you don't want them bad enough. If you did the recovery wouldn't matter and would be worth it!

Awww you totally have drug hiccups. Ive been clean for a couple years but I used to be addicted to narcotic drugs and it makes the body so super relaxed it causes hiccups, just like drinking does at times. Hope you feel better soon Nikki!
What does it feel like to be on the pain killers you're on? Are you just lethargic? Or drowsy? I'm cringing watching these few vlogmas eps 'cos I'm getting extreme sympathy pains :( Hope you make a speedy recovery soon and don't lose too many gains!!

+Olivia D'Andrea Brooks I looooove eyelash extensions! I don't have any at the moment, but I'm obsessed with them. They're really nice and you don't have to wear much make up or any at all when you have them! The maintenance is worth it. I traded nice nails for eyelashes honestly lol.
