Im 16 in high school and feel intimated as I have no idea where to start and I dont have tons of money for a personal trainer. You should do a video about where to start, tips, getting past embarrassment, getting someone to fitness model the moves while you coach or something... I don't know. :) Any who, hope your recovery goes great and thanks for the dedication to your viewers!
