Camping and Hiking in Vancouver | Elfin Lakes

- Today we hike and camp on the top of Elfin Lakes outside of Vancouver, Canada... and it was one of the most amazing hikes I've ever done! It took 4 hours up and 2 hours down and was 22K round trip, but it was SO worth it. If you're in Vancouver and want to do some camping, this hike is well worth it.

Where did you guys parked the car? Also is it safe area for leaving car there??
We parked in the parking lot at the base of the hiking area. Totally safe to leave your car, everyone leaves their car over night.

Not sure what the brand is. They are nothing fancy, just basic walking sticks.
Hello, I'm moving to Vancouver and I'm thinking about checking this place out. Is this hiking place safe with all those animals around ? Like, You guys saw a bear.
If your hiking alone you should carry some bear mace. There were lost of people walking the trail so I'm sure it is very safe, but doesn't hurt if you're alone.
