Just made the buns today. Followed the recipe exactly. Made the dough in a bread machine, liquids first then dry. Then let it Proof in the bread machine. Once it was done proofing. I shaped it Into 6 balls because I wanted bigger buns for my fried chicken sandwich. Just don't over bake. I did 350 F for 12 mins. Total . Rotate tray halfway at 6 mins. Took out to let it cool off on a rack. Perfect amount of egginess and sweetness. Very soft.
I placed it into the fridge for 6hrs after shaping into 6 balls, took it out of fridge for an hour before baking for 12.5mins. They were huge, lovely, soft and fluffy! I’m so thankful for this recipe!❤ my to-to brioche recipe from now on.

Is it 350g of flour and 115 g of milk? I try and it became so hard & had many lumps. It is quite different ratio of flour and milk comparing to your brioche bread (120g of mile & 250g of flour)
