I started using a mannekin and it's been an absolute game changer for me. Just cant recommend them enough!

The world needs a SLEW drawing of a Cyclops skeleton.
I want to try out that smudging technique. Is charcoal what you use to smudge in the background, right?
For my setup, i use a combination of the Gesture Drawing app, Essential Anatomy app and good ol' fashion photoshop. I set my gesture drawing app to swap out references I've purchased from CubeBrush every 2-5 minutes to force me to draw a different pose. that way, I don't get stuck on any particular one for too long and can focus my mind into ignoring the details (which I'm horrible with) and going for the big shapes. Even giving myself 30-60 minutes in the morning to draw, in a week I can accumulate hundreds of poses/experience and gain mileage from that.

It’s called a drawing board and they come in different sizes. You can find them in most art stores.

I know it's free. . .but do you have the Pro version? Everything I try to access in the posing part, like sitting, laying down, etc. has a star beside it and won't let me access. Does that mean it's the Pro version. . .or do I just need to research more. Thanks.

Hi Slew! I really liked this video and I've been watching many of others you've made in the past. There is something really small that i like to point out that bothers me a lil bit is the way you use "agenda" as a synonym to "goal/objective". I know it means that but it sounds like you're talking about politics or conspiracy theories ("the X group agenda") which is just a little weird to hear when in fact the content has nothing to do about that, and I'm sure it's not what you wanted to convey. Idk if it's a regional slang because english is not my first language, but I'm pointing that out because i really like the content that you make and i can see you put a lot of work into every video
