I am ComicMan the ARCHITECT and I have designed every building in the city. I am glad that you have rebuilt my house, and I no longer need to wear an astronaut suit whenever I sleep. Sure I live in the middle of the suage, but I am still happy.
Considering the frequency of poodal waves, you may consider "accidentally" triggering a few sinkholes around the outside of the city that should help catch any wayward water flows in the future (think of it as a dotted/incomplete moat of sorts?). Also, in light of the incompetence of the hospital only treating 16 patients (must be run by architects), a huge area of land dedicated for just cemeteries (a mega cemetery if you will) may be a good investment.
